Shorty was there in less than 10 minutes and was ready to help us out. He loaded the overheating car and let us follow him to the dealership. This truck belonged to an acquaintance and he asked my assistance in getting his truck. since my family is in the towing business and we did not tow his vehicle I called RCSD to find out who did. I had never heard of Exceeding Towing. I found their phone number online. The phone was answered and a price was given. I took my friend to their location where we found no one there to release the truck. I called back and was advised they were working a recovery wreck and would be approximately one hour. I asked him to call me when they were close as I had some errands I could run. They did call and met me there. Their only fault was not having somebody at the lot to release the truck during normal hours. However, as a small business this man was out working with both his trucks and he did exactly what he said he would do.
