I recently had my car windows tinted, as well as having several door dings removed. They did an excellent job! A couple of the door dings were in a crease in the body panel, which makes it 10 times more difficult, but they did an excellent job. For the dents that were in the smooth surface, you can't tell that they were ever there. The window tint job came out much better than I expected. I upgraded to the ceramic coated tint, which reduces 90% of the heat, which is great for the summer in the South, especially since my car is black on black. I was surprised at how quickly they completed the job. I thought I was just going to drop it off and pick it up later, but my plans changed and I ended up waiting in their lobby, but I didn't have to wait nearly as long as I expected. I would highly recommend that you give them a call. They may not be the cheapest place in town for tint, but you get what you pay for! I'm more than happy!

Our windshield had two or three runs in it and we just kept putting off getting it repaired. A week before my daughter was going to go out of town in it we decided to have it replaced. I went online and got an appointment without a problem. The day of the appointment the technician was even able to come early, he was super nice, did a great job, and did it in a timely manner. What more can you ask for? Thanks Safelite.

During that time, I confirmed the appointment multiple times, including the morning the technician was scheduled to arrive. Despite all of the confirmations, no one showed up. I never received a phone call, text message, or email informing me that the appointment had been delayed or canceled. I waited the entire day with no communication whatsoever. I contacted Safelite's national customer service department, where the representative confirmed that my contact information and address were correct in their system. He attempted to reach both the Pearl service center and my assigned technician, Nathan, but neither answered. I was given a phone number for the local office and told to call the next morning. After three separate attempts, no one answered that number either. With no explanation, no communication, and no way to reach the local service center, I ultimately requested a refund. I was informed that it would take 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed, despite having already paid in advance for a service that was never provided. I understand that scheduling issues and unforeseen circumstances can happen. What is difficult to accept is the complete lack of communication and the inability to reach anyone at the local office for an explanation or resolution. A simple phone call or text message would have demonstrated respect for my time and allowed me to make other arrangements. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this Safelite location. Reliable communication and honoring scheduled appointments are fundamental expectations of any service business, and neither was met in my case.

During the process the technician damaged my driver powerseat and passenger window electronic components. My driver seat will not move and is stuck in furthest rear position making it difficult to reach the pedals and safely operate the vehicle. The powerseat worked when I arrived because the technician used the controls to push the seat all the way back. My passenger window will not go down from my driver side switch but will from the passenger. As well during the installation the technician failed to remove any of the broken glass inside the door panel. It was completely filled with broken glass. I had to personally take the door panel off and remove the glass myself. I would like a refund for the poor quality of service and a repair or replacement of the other damaged components. The technician said he didn't do it and the supervisor said he would contact district manager and would get back to me. The whole attitude was that it's not our problem and they weren't going to do anything about it. I am now stuck with a vehicle that is not safe to operate.
