I got a confirmation text message that they would be coming Monday between 8 and 5 PM. I sit here until noon when they told me they just got hold of the guy and he can't be there for three more days. They said the text message confirming my installation did not mean anything that I had to talk to a person.. A few weeks after our windshield was replaced, we got a minor chip in it from a rock on the interstate. Being so satisfied with the service we received the first time, we went back to get the chip filled in (before it became a larger crack). They went ahead and repaired our windshield free of charge, since it had just recently been replaced. Even though it was completely our fault, they still repaired it for free.
