Returned at 5:00 to be told they couldn't do alignment today. Told them Monday is my only available day and was assured on Friday could be done at same day. Apparently someone decided they COULD get it done, but it's almost 6:00 and I'm wondering if it will be done correctly?? I'm very perturbed and have real concern Re capabilities of employees with whom I've come in contact today. Have bought tires for multiple cars at Gateway for YEARS And always had professional customer service. But not this time and likely last purchase of product or services.

My local shop referred me to Richland service Center. The Front desk people or friendly and easy to talk to. theiy agreed to work on it and were able to diagnose the problem as a cracked pipe connecting radiator fluid system to the PCV system way in the back of the engine. Audi no longer makes the part, so the shop had to custom fabricate a pipe to do the job. It took two weeks allowing for about a week in the middle of continuous effort by the shop trying to get a hold of the Audi dealer and the Audi parts. During the process, the shop had indicated that the total bill might be around 1200 bucks before they found out they couldn't buy the part. (The Audi part was going to cost about $500). I was expecting the total cost to be $1500 or more. When we picked up the car, the bill was only about $800. we really think they undercharged us by hundreds of dollars considering the amount of work and effort they spent making the repair. They could have easily charged twice that price. I give them my highest recommendation!!!

I was then told it would be over $2600 . Plus I would have to pay $110 diagnostic charge . I asked was diagnostic tests ran and was told no. My question is why I had to pay $110 then?? So I picked up my vehicle after paying it and took it to someone else that actually ran tests and they are only charging $10 to run AC TESTS. Big difference. Neither place can I afford to get my AC fixed, been without for 2 years but what should I pay for something that wasn't even done.

I should have looked at the reviews before I went to this place…read more I had a tire sensor on my dashboard come on. I, naturally thought I might need a new tire. I made an appointment for today. I arrived about 15 minutes before my appointment. The man at the check in desk went out to look at my tires. No guage, just his eyes. He came back in and asked if I wanted new tires. I said, yes if I needed it but just one. He finally went back out, with a guage this time. He came back and said the front passenger side tire was the bad one. He said it and my back 2 tires were dry rotted. I couldn't see how that was possible since they weren't that old. I said I didn't have money for 3 new tires. I inquired about the low tire price I had seen online. He said they didn't carry those tires and mine would cost $150. I thought that was very high, but if I needed it. Over an hour later, he comes up to me and says, ha ha it wasn't the tire after all. It was a bad sensor. But since I had already bought the tire, they would give me the sensor ( which was $126, he said) for free. So what I think happened here is just what they say happens to women regarding car service. I think I was price gouged and definitely sold something I didn't need!! I was looking for an honest, full service place that would handle all my automobile needs. This isn't it.

I brought in a tire for a simple patch Waited a day for a response and eventually had to call multiple times to get an update You told me "we can't repair your tire because of its age" The tire is 4yrs and 12 weeks from manufacture date.... Tread is still like new [see images] Nail / damage is dead center tread and is as minimal as they come When I got to your office I asked to "see" the written policy, "I don't have it written, it's a 'corporate' policy that my manager told me, nothing over 4yrs" "Are you kidding? That tire is perfect. Are you that determined to force me to buy a tire?!" "Sorry, it's not me, it's policy" "Policy that you can't show me? That you were told? That you just know?" [stares with a stupid look] As expected I go to another shop, they look at my tire and say "that tire is perfect, we'll take care of you" Fixed it, on the spot, in 20mins, for free......
