Absolutely horrible…read more I took my car by this place to get my tire patched. I sat there and several workers saw me. They ignored me. Usually at places like tire shops when you pull up an employee will walk out and ask what you need. I mean they are right there in front of you. But these people would not acknowledge my presence. When I was finally seen I told the manager who had walked out that I needed the driver rear tire patched. He demanded I drive forward to have my car lifted. I was irked by this. Usually I don't have to drive up on a lift. I was having trouble straightening my car on this lift and he seemed put off and agitated by this. When I was finally squared on it although I was still crooked he started to lift my car and the driver side of my car dropped to the side and I heard metal groaning underneath my car where my frame is at. It was a strange noise and this sob kept lifting my car. Even when my car was not steady on the lift. He walked around the car with his employee and said "both tires have nails" and then he said I needed to purchase tires and they would refuse to patch them. And it's not just this. This man had an nasty demeanor when he walked out. He was not friendly. He had a scowl. He gave me the impression he hated his job, was not happy with his lot in life, didn't care about the customer, and he was simply trying to get through the day and make as many sales as possible because who knows. Maybe he makes commission. I just felt he was not being honest. I told him I would go elsewhere and I left. I do not suggest Superior Tire to anyone.

I looked for somewhere along my route to stop immediately. I saw Paul's Body Shop. I dropped in and asked if someone could check my tires. The gentleman was very helpful. He checked my tires and added air. I asked how much for his services. He said no charge. I appreciate this level of customer service. It is rare. If I needed a body shop, I would certainly try them.

She is young, very pretty, sweet and willing to go the extra mile to make the customer happy. George Paul and his son Mark are the owners and operators. They have been in this business for over 40 years. They also have a very good relationship with all of the auto insurance companies and are trusted and known to do excellent work.
