After I brought him the original quote that I wrote down then he said remembered the quote. So that tells me he just makes up prices and charges what he feels like charging. He seen a woman coming and decided to take advantage of me. I was driving home yesterday and noticed my engine light was back on after he says he fixed it 2 weeks ago and replaced 2 coils. I had to go to another mechanic and have that same coil replaced again. That mechanic called B & D and made them aware of what they had done. This situation was an additional $80.00 cost for me since I had to go to another mechanic. I then called Don and all he said was to bring back the coil. HAHAHA, I'm not that stupid. All he wanted me to do is bring back the coil that was bad so he could get his money back. He did nothing to offer any compensation for the money that I am out now. He tried to say he didn't charge me for the coil. I have a receipt that proves he did. He did nothing but lie from the get go.

If I took it to the dealership to have them perform the Diagnostics Scan Codes it would have cost $140.00 and it would have been there all day, but I would have gotten a rental car.
