To make a long story short, Mesa Motors is the Real Deal. They picked me up from the airport in the car so I could see it and look it over. I've been a car guy for years and if Mesa Motors was near my house I wouldn't have had to come to El Paso. Not only did the car make it home (16 hours), but it did so in style with no check engine lights popping on after 50 miles because dealers reset them before purchase. I said ok and messaged the guy I have been talking to right away, asking about the price. He then said the car has been sold at the asking price. I then asked him why the guy on the phone let me know that and why the price online ad was different then the price on the phone. He went on to say it was a error and that he doesn't need to justify anything to me. And then went on to say I should have better finances (doesn't even know my credit/finances) and calling me a woman. Need less to say... if I could give the store any less stars than one, I would in a heartbeat. Never would recommend this place to anyone since you WILL get ripped off.

He took the time to help us set up our seat settings and explained everything that we needed to know about the car. I know Lexus has better customer service than any other brand, but Scott definitely sealed the deal for us. This car was special ordered for my hubby from Arizona because he wanted certain features, and they made it happen (really fast, I might add). We previously owned an older Lexus and this new one had so many new features that Scott was willing to show us. He was also so nice to our kids that we brought with us, got to know all of us by name, and didn't get annoyed when my 5 year old was spinning around in a chair super close to one of the showroom cars (yikes). I am so surprised that the tags were already on the car, and all of the paperwork was ready when we got there. For my next car I am really swaying towards a Lexus solely based on the customer service (and I am an Audi driver). I really appreciate the fact that this transaction did not take all day, they offered incentives ($4500), and treated my WHOLE family with respect. I got to the dealership at the time I set up for this service, and an hour later they called me in to a service office and told me they were running behind but were starting on my vehicle at that time. An hour later, I got an invoice that said that the amount due was $56.73 - so much for "parts included." The invoice they gave me said regular oil (not synthetic, as promised) was used and a car wash was done also (however, the car had the same layer of dust on it that I came in with). My opinion of dealership service departments was verified - I don't plan on coming back...
