Well, we called Casa Nissan and was told that they'd see what they could do. Paul returned my call in minutes and took down my car info. He stated they would get the part & express service our vehicle so we could be back on the road to our destination. We arrived an hour later, and they had a stall already reserved. My family and I got to rest and eat after 8 hours of non-stop driving. After a couple of hours, the problem was fixed! Casa Nissan was extremely professional and transparent about the work & cost. Before the call was transferred, we could still hear the receptionists talking among themselves, and their comments came across as unprofessional and impatient. When we finally spoke with Margie, she explained the steps we needed to take. Since then, we have gone twice to drop off the payoff letter to start the cancellation process, and every time we are told she is "out." They always say we can wait for a finance person, but they cannot provide any sort of time estimate. Overall, the experience has been very frustrating. Once you become a customer, it feels like the level of service drops significantly. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Casa Nissan.
