The clothes inside equally amazing and surprisingly affordable. Lots of famous brands and really high quality clothing in a variety of sizes. They don't have fitting rooms which I was at first not happy about, but as it turns out everyone just changes in front of the mirrors in a back corner. It was the most fun communal shopping experience I've ever had, getting feedback on everything I tried on. This is my go-to shop for dance clothes and work clothes from here on out.

I asked our cashier, "Joe," if I could enter my phone number for any discounts or to accumulate points toward membership benefits, and he rudely said, "It's too late." When I asked what he meant, he repeated that it was too late because the store was closing and he couldn't allow me to enter my number, even though it wasn't 7 p.m. yet, the store was still open, and there was still a line of customers checking out. I wasn't asking for anything complicated, just to enter my number on the keypad right in front of him, ring up our items, and check out. I also asked if my mother could sign up for a membership, since I'd been raving about this store and she was excited to join. He said no to both. I was genuinely confused because he seemed annoyed with us, and we hadn't done anything to him. Confused, I asked for a manager. It wasn't a miscommunication, since Joe spoke perfect English. I just genuinely didn't understand the refusal. While waiting, I overheard another cashier explaining the day's color-tag discounts and promotions to a different customer. Joe never offered us any of that information. We were met with rudeness and dismissiveness from him. When the manager came over, she had an attitude and talked over me as I tried to explain what was going on. She said Joe meant "there's no deals on Sundays" and pointed to the sign. I told her I already knew that, I can read, and I've been a member there for years. I was trying to explain that Joe had refused to let me enter my phone number, sign my mom up for a membership, or tell us about the color-tag discounts, claiming it was too late because the store was closing , even though there were still people in the store. The manager's response was that if we needed discounts, we should come back Monday through Thursday, which missed the point entirely and left my mother and me feeling like we'd been stereotyped as customers who were only there for discounts. I've shopped at this store for years and brought my mother because I wanted her to love it as much as I do. Instead, the visit left us feeling dismissed and stereotyped over what should have been a simple, friendly interaction. Joe and the manager were rude and unwelcoming, which made us so uncomfortable. A little patience and basic courtesy would have made all the difference. Please work on your customer service.

Finally had a chance to check out red white and blue thrift store yesterday for the first time…read moreafter hearing about it a few years ago. it is cash only but they have an ATM within their premises if you forget cash. This thrift store is unbelievably organized and also incredibly overstimulating. We ended up having to cut our shopping trip short from just the shear amount of sites sounds and smells in there. However I came out feeling like I had scored an unbelievable thrift haul and got an amazing deal on a few things that I got there. I got a really great lamp for my daughter's room two matching pillows for her room as well. I got a knitted skirt for myself a pink Cuisinart ice cream maker a working Kindle for my daughter a pusheen book in almost new condition. a really nice small casserole dish with a lid that had a really pretty print and is oven dishwasher and microwave safe as as well as this really cute lucky cat bowl I got all of those for about $64 including tax. They also have tag deals which I appreciate since a lot of the thrift store nearby have been getting rid of them. The parking lot could be a little hectic so come prepared. Make sure you bring some extra time to sort through everything. next time, I'm definitely gonna go and spend more time on the clothing sections. The women's clothing at least is color coordinated so don't go looking in a specific size, go looking based on color. I went with my friend and she even got a rifle paper company rug for her brand new apartment. It was in really good condition and was such a beautiful find if she didn't get it I would!

There actually are two stores here; one handles slightly more upscale items for around $25 each. Especially for people perhaps losing weight and in an intermediate size, the price is right! Sizes are marked but definitely try things on, as they can be mismarked. Plenty of changing rooms exist, the staff is helpful and on Saturdays, donations of clothing are accepted.
