This is how bad Sunlight Media LLC is: I asked them to fix the contact form on my website. A…read moresimple ask. Shortly after, I stopped receiving any emails, whatsoever. This went on for about a month. I spent thousands of dollars on an IT company to investigate and learned that Sunlight Media created a whole new email server for me, same email address, at GoDaddy. So, all of my emails were diverted to GoDaddy (I use business Gmail). Rather than fix the contact form on my website, they created a whole new email for me on a new server at GoDaddy. Also, when the IT company was on the back server of my site trying to investigate this, they learned that my Google Crawl (which tracks SEO) was turned off and it was turned off around the time Sunlight Media LLC built my website (the date of the change showed). Not once has Angelo accepted responsibility. Rather, he says things like his colossal mistake was within "the scope of our agreement." As if, diverting my emails to a whole new email server at GoDaddy was within the scope of our agreement when I asked him to fix the contact form on my website. Sunlight Media should reflect on their lack of professionalism and the lack of personalized attention they provide to projects. They have no care for the outcome or attention to detail. Beware. Totally unprofessional.

I did not agree nor did we sign an agreement for SMM, I told them I would think about it initially. They added to my invoice and tried to hold me by that. The site was a 1 product site, that required minimal effort, I could have built it my self but chose to outsource due to my busy schedule. They refuse to give me a refund nor do I have the website.
