This gym is great and very welcoming. They have a strict no judgement policy and just straight up fitness and working out. You come in whether there's only one trainer or maybe 5 trainers working with people everyone is friendly professional and courteous. Just fitness helps you achieve your goals and doesn't try to empty your wallet in the process. It has 24 hour access to members and have everything to machines, free weights, yoga and aerobic room, treadmills, ellipticals, row machines and other training equipment. I prefer working out early in the morning before work since it's less crowded like most gyms in the afternoons, or late in the evening. Check them out they're located on Industrial Lane in Broomfield, you won't be disappointed. Their name says it all.

Special events also make it easy to come together as a community to show support and grow. Highly recommend checking them out for a monthly membership or drop in if you are visiting the area. Sparkling clean locked rooms have ample lockers, showers, and body products for use making transition from class to the rest of your day seamless. I was a beginner in his classes, and Russell always challenged me- handing me heavier weights, keeping me honest on form. It was in his classes that I started feeling like an athlete, which is pretty much the best feeling there is. The only negative is that sometimes during busy hours parking at the boulder location can be challenging. I hope to go back to this gym occasionally. My husband and I actually almost left to go to the new Life Time Fitness in Boulder, but after one visit there, we decided it was not for us and saw way more bang for our buck at Flatirons Colorado Athletic Club .
