After walking around and seeing body builders left and right, we decided this wasn't a great environment to build confidence for 'normal' or 'average' gym people. My wife is really into fitness and this was the birthday event for us to have time at a new gym with the kids in school. We paid for day passes online ($25/ea) and I stuck around at the receptionist counter to get a refund while my wife went out to the car. We were in a rush to go try out a different gym so I was anxious to get out of there. The person at the desk sat on hold on the phone ignoring me and the person in front of me for about 5 minutes. Finally after getting off the phone, she acknowledged me. I asked for a refund, she said she would have to ask the manager, Olivia Something. 2 different times the front desk person went back to tell the manager, I was waiting. From where she was in her office, she was directly in my line of sight and could feel me looking at her. After waiting about 8 more minutes I went and stood at her office door and asked her to refund me so I could leave. She talked to me like I was stupid and said she could only refund my wife because she didn't see my name associated with a purchase. I could see my name on the computer screen and pointed that out to her. She said there was no purchase associated with that name, which is ridiculous because I had to put my credit card information in for my day pass. In the end I was so frustrated I just left, $25 and an hour and a half wasted on my wife's birthday. Thanks, Golds Gym, and General Manager Olivia! You guys are setting new heights for customer service standards everywhere. 0 out of 5 stars. I sent this review to the Golds Gym Facebook account and there response verbatim was "Hi Joshua, Thanks for reaching out! For any questions about memberships, cancellations, billing, or feedback, please contact your local Gold's Gym directly."

We let the gym know and they promptly charged me a second month, which was understandable, however the next week I was charged a third time. Then I filed a dispute with my card provider. At that time, Gold's was made aware of the dispute. So the manager called to threaten me. He then laughed at me for asking why I was charged so much for only one month of use. Then he said he would leave my membership live and not allow me to cancel running up my credit and pushing me into collections. He was very happy about telling me this. It was the worst phone call I have ever had from any business. I will never set foot in that door ever again. Read your contract. If you want to leave, its nearly impossible, once you do find a way, you are locked into more payments and then you will probably deal with what I just experienced.

Each month, they do provide discounts on certain programmes for anyone who is interested in climbing. I like to climb with Hubs on the weekends, especially on a Saturday morning when there are a few climbers. But my favorite time to climb is during the weekday mornings or afternoons when this place can just be called "my own sanctuary". During the weekdays especially from 5 pm onwards this place can be jam-packed with climbers alike. Each month and every other month, they do change the routes for climbers to progress in their climbing with different range of climbing difficulties. There is also a place for you to do bouldering as well if you dont have a climbing partner to belay. Even my cousin from Singapore who came for a visit sometime around July/August 2009 was awed about this place. If you want, do give them a try to climb. Call them for enquiries or you can visit their website for details : http://www.rocknandjamn.com/ For those who are new into climbing, they do provide introductory classes with a minimal fee that provides the time you climb, the instructor fee, and rental fee of the equipment. If you want you also can contact, the climbers from meetup.com, who climb regularly be it here or the location in Centennial, CO. Thank you Rock'n & Jam'n for making me loving you at the first sight, and now call Colorado home to climb indoors....

Two of them are my problem children: a Rottweiler mix foster fail who is reactive to bikes and other dogs and occasionally nervous around people like visiting contractors or UPS men, and the other is a 100+ lb Brazilian mastiff rescue from Aruba who is not fond of other dogs. The two of them began showing increasingly worse dog aggression toward other dogs on the trail and while camping, and had attacked several dogs by the time I found Loyal Hound/Juliet. I was at my wit's end, because I had already spent thousands of dollars and tried everything including other trainers at that point with little to no progress. I felt stuck with 2 big problems for the next 6-8 years. I hike at least 3 miles every single day off leash on the trails by my house, and I love to camp with my dogs in the summer, but they became such a liability that walks became stressful and camping became impossible. I finally found Juliet with Loyal Hound, and for our very first session we met at a crowded park and were going to be doing off leash training right away. I was so nervous -- all the triggers were present: other people with dogs on leashes, dogs off leashes, people on bikes, squirrels -- so I was absolutely AMAZED when we were walking my Rottweiler off leash through a gaggle of geese, past people on bikes, and past other dogs within a few minutes with no problems. It was nothing short of a miracle. Within a few sessions, I had both of my dog aggressive dogs walking on and off leash next to me, passing other dogs (sometimes dogs that were even barking at them) on trails safely with no reactivity. I cannot explain in words how much of a difference this has made in my life -- I feel like I got my life back. If you have a dog aggressive dog, this is the place to go. It's WELL worth the investment, and you will be amazed at the difference you will see in your dog. Thank you Loyal Hound & Juliet!!

Within 5 minutes we were able to re-establish the training methods that work and get Hope back on track with easy leash walking. I am so impressed with her concise easy to follow instructions. I am looking forward to taking my two Samoyeds on walks again while walking my toddler in a stroller without having to worry that Hope will pull us. Trained dogs are safe dogs and I'd pay for the training with Juliet 10x over. Worth every penny! It makes my life easier as a single mom managing all the things to have two dogs that get to enjoy being outside with us because I trust them and they trust me. Don't hesitate if you need help with your dog!
