Had a couple mental issues with the food but got there. And every time I freaked out, Sara was so sweet that she helped me get back on track. Takes a lot of commitment. The kickboxing was fun and made you excited for the next class. The food was my toughest challenge. I'm not sure how I did it, but I succeeded My body is almost where I want it, so with all the new things I learned I'm very confident I'm gonna get there. Kickboxing is such a cool skill to lean. I feel mentally and physically stronger. I also learn self discipline and new healthy habits. My new goal is now is keep this going. I highly recommend this place. Yes, this messed with my mental state a couple of times but now happier in general. I feel much more confident and excited to workout. I feel so much better about my body. Plus, my posture is better and I'm walking tall. So if you are someone who wants to get back into working out and but don't know how to get there. This place is perfect to help you there. The coaches are all amazing and will assist you in achieving your goals

Each class is unique and never boring, Javier is very knowledgeable about fitness training and is a huge encouragement during class so I never leave feeling defeated. In the two months since starting I've lost inches almost everywhere and it will soon be time for a whole new wardrobe! I have also noticed a huge difference in my attitude. I'm getting along better with the people I work with and I'm more energetic during the day. This is the best work out program I've ever done!

At that…read morepoint, I know I have already accomplished something, so I feel great when I get to work, and ready to tackle what's in front of me. From resistance bands to kick boxing, running and med balls, sand bags to kettle bells, the workout is ever changing so I don't get bored or feel like I am in a rut. That keeps me rolling out of bed each day. Not only does the Summit Fit boot camp offer such a wide variety of workouts, the trainers are fantastic nutrition coaches as well. We all know that a workout without nutrition is a waste of time, so it is great to have someone looking out for both your physical fitness as well as your nutritional fitness in one location. I am so glad that my wife (after attending for nearly 10 months) convinced me to sign up for Summit Fit Boot-camp as well. When they instituted the 6 am class, I didn't have anymore excuses for not being able to go. After the first month i was able to notice a clear and significant change in how i felt and how all of my clothes fit me. It didn't take long and i had reached the point where all of my belts were cinched to the last hole and there was still more room. I am not as lethargic anymore, and i love the energy it gives me for keeping up with my boys at home. Attending Summit Fit Boot-camp has become so much more than just an individual endeavor. All of the boys get involved and have improved their health right alongside me. They are benefiting from the better meals that we are preparing, the host of better snacks that are available, and they love to participate in try the workouts after i come home. They each set up new challenges against me, or against each other (i.e. how long can you hold that plank? or I bet i can do more push-ups in 1 minute, dad). On top of that they chomp at the bit to see who gets to attend on the family fitness day. I have the opportunity to go as often as I like without extra charges. This has really given me the opportunity to put my fitness and wellness into my own hands, and give me the clear responsibility to keep it up. Signing up for Summit Fit was the best thing I have done for my self in years. This is something that I consciously take time for me, and reap benefits for my entire family. Thank you Lynn! Thank you Javier! Thanks for teaching me how to workout right, and making it fun. Thank you for teaching me how to eat right, and showing the results of some simple changes. I feel great and I am a HUGE fan of Summit Fit. pete

I just finished up my first season of indoor soccer this week at the Rocky Mountain Soccer Center…read more The actual field we played on was okay (fake grass stuff over rubber...not too fast, but not too slow), but parts of the rest of the facility were kinda gross. Like the women's bathroom. At the beginning of the season, there was a 2x2 foot square opening in the stall wall between two of the toilets. Sometimes this would be covered up by a piece of plywood. At the end of the season, the square opening was still there, and the plywood would not stay up any longer, so there was just a window to watch each other through. The presence of soap was hit or miss. Gag. There is a store at this facility, which I never set foot in, because I am frugal. But by the looks of it, they sell basic soccer needs, not sure if they hike their prices for the convenience or not. Sorry, not helpful. If you find yourself going to Rocky Mountain Soccer Center, note that the entrance looks more like you are driving up on to a sidewalk, rather than a street leading to their parking lot. And the building is a big white metal box. There have almost been two fights between female players after games. I am not a fan of hearing someone get punched in the face or seeing the blood, but the fact that the potential of a fight existed, well, I think that speaks of a hearty and authentic sport center. My kinda place. Without this last element, I would have only given two stars, but the rowdiness factor earns them the third.

Every season, it takes them until the third or fourth week to generate a full schedule, and half the time you don't even get a chance to play every team in the division. The refereeing is inconsistent, as rules change from week to week (one day sliding twice is a 2 minute penalty, the next week it isn't). If they decide to get the I act together, we might return one day.
