I LOVE the workouts, every instructor a Has introduced themselves to me and the community of women who attend is so close knit that many of the women have recognized that I am new, introduced themselves and helped me find and set up my workout spaces in the group classes. I'm enjoying caring for myself and teaching my 4 daughters that using your body and becoming stronger is a form of fun and play, not the diet culture rhetoric of thinking thin.

Elysia was amazing--her energy and the way she guided us through the flow with poses, visualization, and sound made the class both grounding and uplifting. The second hour was really special. She led a plant-inspired workshop that tied self-care and growth to how we nurture plants. Some people brought things to share, which added to the sense of community and connection afterwards. The doors are closed and will open 15 minutes before class starts. They provide yoga mats, blocks, pillows and blankets. It was a full class but it did not feel crowded. I am not certain if this is common practice in yoga since you are not sweating in this specific class but I would recommend you bring your own blanket or yoga towel because I noticed after the blankets were used in class we put them back in the same place we got them from. Sanitize your blocks and space.
