I continue to have a bad experience with this company . I have read many other reviews that confirm that this company does not care about their customers . I have been trying to get my Hoa billing account adjusted for a month . It is one excuse after another . They dodge your calls, they email you back after you keep asking why no response but with no resolution . My latest issue is being given the wrong login information for the next Hoa meeting . And when that doesn't work they have a technical support phone number listed that also doesn't work . They don't even update the resident app page ! What am I paying for non service ? Whoever owns this company needs to take a hard look at the customer service level that isn't being provided. read more

From their shuffle of assistants to their outsourcing of customer service. The only redeeming factor is our manager who is doing her best despite these challenges. I'd avoid Action. They really don't care. We have an easement that is supposed to be maintained monthly. It only happens if I call and complain. Even then it often takes multiple calls and emails for something that is scheduled to happen. When you walk out neighborhood you can clearly tell the areas maintained by the HOA because they are a mess. I tried to meet with the manager and he was only available in the mornings mid week when I had to work. There was zero flexibility. This place is a joke. I honestly don't know how they operate like this. I bought a condo that's managed by Action Property Management, and the experience has been nothing but a headache. I closed on the property back in October, and our escrow company sent all required documents via FedEx overnight with tracking. Action Property Management confirmed they received everything -- yet to this day, the seller is still getting the HOA bill. I've been following up with calls and emails for weeks and get nothing but silence. I even tried looping in their "community relations" team... still crickets for months. On the rare occasion I actually reach someone by phone, all they say is that they've marked my case as "urgent" or "expedited." If this is their version of urgent, does that mean 6 weeks? 8 weeks? 10 weeks? This company seriously needs major improvements. read more

Haley, Ana Lee has NOT EVER responded to my email with my questions. She just kept saying she is waiting to speak with the vendor, that did not answer ANY of my questions. Also, at the HOA meeting, she asked me a question and then interrupted me and cut me off. I had to raise my voice to try and continue to explain and ask my questions . She raised her voice and continued to talk over me. She LIED saying that she responded to my email ( I have the proof that she in fact did not respond to TWO of my emails. She then refused to answer any more of my questions and said she would not deal with me and I would have to deal with the vendor directly. I said great because that's actually what I prefer and that is actually what I originally wanted to do ( check my first emails asking about the vendor information). Ana Lee said she would send me the vendor contact info the next day after the HOA meeting . She NEVER sent the contact info like she said she would . I finally got an email last week about meeting with someone to discuss all the damages and unfinished work this company has left a mess of. That's not happening u til June 6z I've been asking since APRIL 2. This is unacceptable that you have such an unprofessional person like Ana Lee be so rude and continue to lie repeatedly. The company you all hired has done more damage than good. There is overspray on the windows, frames, the front door. There are 3 different color browns. They broke my wooden fence post. They wrote and left an etching on my wooden chair. They left stains all over the staircase. And you have Ana Lee defending this company saying they're professionals and they would never do that? Senior Property Manager Ana Lee is a thorough, responsive and highly experienced individual who is an asset to both my HOA and to Action Property Management itself. I am a Board member and long time resident so I have seen my share of property managers for our community, none hold a candle to the value Ana has brought to our Association. With Ana, I know the concerns of our community are being addressed and communicated in a timely manner. An individual may not 'like' what is being decided at times, however she has the approval & trust of the Board and the majority of the community since she took over our account a couple short months ago. I have to call/email 5 to 10 times before I even get a response, then if I want the issue fixed, it takes another 5 to 10 calls or emails, recently a common drain was cracked and leaking inside the wall and into the parking garage, I reported it right away when I saw it leaking, nothing happened it continued to leak, I reported it over and over again yet, they simply did not properly investigate or repair it until three months later and only after I now have $7000 worth of water and mold damage to my unit which they told me they will not take care of and I am responsible for, this is bonkers! Karri Strogatz did an excellent job in helping with my claim. The previous management company as well as the individual she replaced in our new management company were horrible. It appears as if she were called for damage control and she hit a homerun. Novel concept, she returned emails and phone calls. Something that none of her predessors seldom did. Upon being given my claim she contacted me in the morning with a follow up in the afternoon as she had promised. Within 24 hours she had investigated and solved the problem of my delayed payment, something no one else had been able to do in the last 10 months. She was professional, thorough, and very knowledgeable. I am extremely grateful for her ability to problem solve. I really liked meeting Gabriel on Wednesday's when he was on site here. He never sat around in the clubhouse. Each time I saw him, he was walking the property and checking into things. I love how responsive, thorough and efficient she is to get things done and run our HOA Board meetings. We've had some issues with the clubhouse reservation management system with those working at the corporate office (hence, my 4-star rating), but Ana has been on top of troubleshooting the issues and taking matters into her own hands if necessary. I had an IT issue and needed help resolving the issue. Airica put me in contact with their IT personnel who did a great job of correcting the issue in an expedient manner. They explained to me what had happened, what they were doing on their end to correct the problem and what I had to do on my end to ensure the problem would not happen again.
