They responded right away to my request to move some heavy furniture upstairs. They even put my bed together for me. They were upfront with the cost and were very professional making sure they didn't scratch the walls as they made their way up the stairs. Very happy with the results. read more

Very unprofessional, hidden charges, and poor time management! I was told by the manager/owner that "a three man team increases productivity and gets the job done much quicker"- I can't imagine what would have happened with two of them. They don't have their own moving truck-they rented a uhaul which I was charged for their time ($135/hr) to go get and drive to my storage unit and for them to clean and return after the job, not to mention they charged that same rate for them to fold up their blankets which they did at a glacial pace while the other two were standing there talking with the uhaul still full. I had a storage unit for approximately a two bedroom home with appliances to move-already organized and packed - To move less than 3 miles away to my new home and it took 3 men 4 hours to do! In the mean time, my mom had mentioned that their time needed to be better spent and the "leader" got into a verbal altercation with my mom and spoke badly about the company and then proceeded to talk badly about my mother and I to the two other movers. At nearly 3 hours and damage to several big items, I insisted they just put everything in the garage rather than damage anything else including my new home and charge an outrageous amount for horrible work, I asked that they unload and leave ASAP. And this took 4 Hours! Horrible experience in every way. read more
