When asked, Sal lied and said there was extreme traffic on the highway to which I replied no there wasn't. I pulled over and waited for you and you missed my exit. He just shrugged his shoulders. They also have somebody new who can't back up a trailer to save his life. I wasted at least another 20 to 30 minutes watching him try to jockey a trailer. All those things would be fine if they didn't include them in my charge, but I got charged an extra hour for all this crud. Oh no, they did the job, but I can't say I was confident or happy at all during the process.

After delivery of furniture, etc (less than 5 miles they charged me even more to unload!! Another $2200 (this did cover the 3 nights storge & the 2 xtra guys for 1 1/2 hours) they charged me about $1300 more for unloading for a total of $2600 just to load & unload 6. Today is almost the end of June 10 - three+ weeks and though I've been told this will be handled there has been a 1x effort an now no response The guys loading were friendly.

They don't have their own moving truck-they rented a uhaul which I was charged for their time ($135/hr) to go get and drive to my storage unit and for them to clean and return after the job, not to mention they charged that same rate for them to fold up their blankets which they did at a glacial pace while the other two were standing there talking with the uhaul still full. I had a storage unit for approximately a two bedroom home with appliances to move-already organized and packed - To move less than 3 miles away to my new home and it took 3 men 4 hours to do! In the mean time, my mom had mentioned that their time needed to be better spent and the "leader" got into a verbal altercation with my mom and spoke badly about the company and then proceeded to talk badly about my mother and I to the two other movers. At nearly 3 hours and damage to several big items, I insisted they just put everything in the garage rather than damage anything else including my new home and charge an outrageous amount for horrible work, I asked that they unload and leave ASAP.
