So in a panic and a ton of humble pie I called them and they not only got me scheduled into their schedule for that day but did an amazing job. Alex and Eli showed up loaded up my apartment and then delivered my furniture and items safely to the new location. I can't say enough about Alex and Eli they didn't complain at all and to show up at an un-scheduled job they were amazing!! I have learned my lesson and will never make this mistake again. He and his boy were on time, actually asked if he could come early, which was fine with me. Dusty was obviously much better than the original hauler, who canceled at the last minute on me. They were respectful of my furniture and home, being very careful not to cause any damage. I could also see that they were meticulous in securing items on the truck and trailer, so it wouldn't end up on the roadside somewhere. When I saw that he had extra space on his truck and trailer, I asked if he could also take some additional items for disposal. Dusty was very accommodating for accepting extra items I wanted gone. Dusty and his boys were prompt, organized, and responsible individuals and I will definitely use their services again!

But Mack did such a fast job of cleaning the gutters, the downspout's and even got some leaves behind the chimney, with before and after pictures he took on his phone. He disposed of all the debris and knocked off $10 because one side of the angled roof didn't have gutters. I didn't realize that since home ownership is a new experience for me. I'm keeping him!

I have used Waste Management for my trash service for almost twenty years without issue. My trash,…read morerecycling and yardwaste have always been picked up, except one time, and that was just recently. I called to report the missed pickup and was told that the driver had noted that my container was not out for service. Since I've always put it out the night before, I explained to the representative that I have a small cart and someone had put their big blue recycle cart in front of it, so it was likely that the driver didn't see it. They sent someone out to pick it up the next day. I've always paid my bill using auto pay through my bank, so I've never had a billing or payment problem. I read the literature that Waste Management sends out, and follow all of their guidelines when putting out recyclables, trash and yardwaste. If you follow the rules, it's not difficult at all to receive excellent service from this company.
