Afterwards, Luis promptly sent the estimate document via text message and provided samples. Once we accepted and chose our roofing material, LCG started work when they said they would. Working to their estimate, LCG removed our old roof, replaced damaged plywood, and installed new roofing and skylights. They were careful and professional throughout. In particular, their clean-up each day was exceptional: it was by far the best of the 3 different roofing jobs I've been involved with in the past few years. Inspection reports and invoices were also conveniently sent by text. Luis kept us informed throughout via text and responded quickly to queries. There were no surprises in the final bill. I can definitely recommend LCG. PS, an added bonus: Luis sent us a nice aerial photo of our new roof!

The entire project was completed quickly, efficiently, and professionally, without sacrificing quality. Their communication was outstanding from beginning to end. Everyone--from the office staff and project managers to the crew working on the roof--was attentive, responsive, and accommodating to our needs. They kept us informed throughout the process and made sure everything went smoothly. The completed roof passed inspection with the City of Monterey Park, and I am extremely pleased with both the workmanship and the overall experience. After they were finished they cleaned up as if they were never here. And there are a bunch of little details like matching the paint on both sides of fascia that was replaced, or matching color around our chimney to the new roof color really set things apart for me. I would highly recommend working with SoCal Roofing.

I had a kitchen leak but that was not it. There were other areas in my roof that needed attention. He even went to our home to place a tarp before the two days of heavy rain arrived to prevent more water damage. He took time to go buy a tarp since I had a sudden emergency. He discovered that my porch roof had been installed incorrectly. He secured all the vents. He matched colored my roof with the porch something the previous fake-roofer couldn't do. He replaced wood. Overall, I was satisfied. He even worked with me on getting my mom a senior discount. Miguel and his team will be my "to-go-to" for any future problems. His price was within range. Of course, any projects will have last minute discoveries and changes in cost, but he worked a price to fit my budget. Also received a year warranty. Keep up the good work, Miguel. After extensive research and interviewing more than five roofing companies, we ultimately chose Enriquez Roofing, largely because of the great first impression Tony made. Tony was patient, knowledgeable, and thorough in explaining the entire process. I'm very detail-oriented, and I appreciated that he took the time to address all of my questions and concerns promptly throughout the project. He clearly laid out the available options and was consistently a strong communicator. He also stayed on top of planning, scheduling, obtaining permits, and scheduling inspections. Since our project took place in the spring, the weather was unpredictable. Tony was flexible and able to quickly adjust the schedule when unexpected rain came up, which we really appreciated. Once work began, his crew showed up on time every day, worked efficiently, and kept the job site clean. The entire project was completed in under five days, and the workmanship was solid. After completion, I noticed a small area that needed adjustment. Tony responded promptly and sent someone out to take care of it without any issues. Overall, I would definitely recommend Enriquez Roofing if you're looking for a reliable, professional contractor to replace your roof.

Their quote was very competitive especially with the replacement wood extra charges. Our roof was over 30 years old, and we expected to have lots of wood replaced with it's age and extra roofing layer. So while they don't know what wood needs to be replaced until the tearoff, they can only provide a cost per linear foot or sheet of plywood, which gets added onto the proposal. We didn't select America's Best Roofing, but it was a strong candidate. We ended up with a general contractor because we had other work to do besides the roof and we wanted a coordinated project manager to handle the other upgrades as well as the re-roof. The general contractor could also complete the roofing this month instead of a few week out with a potential rainy season coming.
