Turned out they'd…read morenever been anchored to studs, which was a real concern since they're solid wood shelves meant to hold real weight. Jesse walked me through the scope of work upfront and we moved forward. The job wasn't simple -- the wall behind the shelves had herringbone tile. Jesse opened it up, installed proper backing so the shelves could be bolted in securely, then redid the herringbone tile and matched the existing grout so well you can't tell any repair was ever done. That's exactly the outcome you hope for with tile work. While he was in there, he also fixed a leaking tub spout that required opening another section of wall for plumbing work, then patched and painted it back to seamless. Jesse's attention to detail was outstanding throughout. I'll be calling him for any future work at the house.

I called them this morning around 7 AM, and by 10 AM they already had my hot water heater replaced and the sewer line cleared. You really can't beat that kind of service. As a veteran myself, I truly value supporting companies that share those same values of integrity, reliability, and commitment. They've earned my trust time and time again. I highly recommend them.

Mathieu a few years back. I was a fool and forgot to remove the hoses from the spigots before the freeze. The pipe burst and sprayed water all over my basement. The good news is, it only occurred when we tried to use the spigot. I couldn't remember who I used but then I remember I wrote a review on yelp. I called them back up and he came out the next day. He fixed the one bib and then graciously adjusted one of the washers on the other because the seal had gotten loose. He told us nicely to make sure we remove the hoses. I'm pretty sure I won't forget next time!

(Note: unless they're licensed, your warranty will be void. We didn't know better). The unit was just over 5 yrs old ... yikes. Fast forward to us scrambling to find a responsive plumbing service/contractor because the leak was constantly flowing. After several dead ends over a span of a few days, I found All About Plumbing. Ray and his team were very easy to work with. Responsive. Very reasonably priced. Ray recommended a great replacement and was able to come out on short notice (less than 24hrs). The only downside is that this business doesn't accept Credit Cards (they only accept check/cash/zelle) but I can't completely fault them for that. They're just a little more old fashioned with their operations. All in all, very happy with the service. I'd definitely reach out for any future needs.

He was able to come out the same day within the hour. First impression was a straight up guy, down to earth, super nice guy and definitely knows what he's doing. He arrived on time and fixed the problem within 5 min he also tightened a humidifier pipe that was dripping water. He told me I don't need a new hot water heater that it looks good. I appreciated his honesty since I'm a single female and I don't know much about hot water heaters he could've tried to sell me a new one but he was genuine!!! Dan gave me a great price for a new unit for future when needed. He's a dog friendly guy and loved my bully dog which said a lot lol. I definitely recommend 100% Maple plumbing to everyone!!!! Thanks Dan

Requested toilet replacement due to bad flange on existing toilet creating sewer smell in bathroom…read moreand, if needed, a drain clean out. Waited a week for an afternoon appointment. Morning of appointment, plumber calls to reschedule to that morning due to a personal appointment he had scheduled that afternoon. We scramble to accommodate but inform that due to reschedule there's no one to help carry the toilet up and light of stairs. Instant attitude. Plumber arrives with helper, is rude, condescending, asking why we want the toilet replaced, I list the services requested. He then denys there's drain clean out requested while waving his phone around telling me I'll have to reschedule. There's an obvious sewer smell in the bathroom, yet he can't smell anything. I tell him that was the purpose for his being there. He again denies it's on the service request so I tell him I'll call husband, he states he'll go get the toilet. I'd had my husband on the phone listening to all of this the whole time when plumber arrived and started being rude to me. Told husband I wasn't going to have someone in my home that I'm paying for a service, that is being so rude to me, that now don't trust to do this service. He agreed. I went to garage and cancelled service. He tells me I owe him $59. I tell him I'll call his office, he repeats I owe him $59. I tell him I'm not paying him a dime, I'll call his office and to leave. He says some choice words, I tell him good luck at his Drs appt. While closing garage door. Handy more choice words, I then tell him to get off my property or I'm calling the police. He leaves, I go inside. Husband's still on the phone and heard everything. He's outraged and called their office. Plumber told then owner I was nasty to him, was told that my husband heard everything because he was on the phone with me the whole time. Apologies were said and he asked if he could send someone else out, we've declined their service.
