I scheduled an appointment for 8am on Monday, by 10am I was panicking because we had a main line sewer clog and had not received any communication. I texted, I called (never went to voicemail except one time days later, every other time it appears someone answered the phone while on mute so I'd just hang up). It wasn't until my husband started calling that he finally got an answer and was told they'd be here at noon. That time again came and went, but they did finally show up at 1pm. The two guys that came out resolved the issue, but said their "card reader was down and could only accept cash". Since this repair is going through my home warranty, I need the invoice for reimbursement and have been told since Monday that Bob (the owner) would send it. Monday night he said, nothing. Tuesday night he said, nothing. Wednesday morning he said he was working on it "right now", nothing. Wednesday evening he said he was working on it "right now", you guessed it - nothing. At this point I don't think it's ever going to happen, likely because this isn't a real company. They're not BBB accredited, cannot communicate over several days, and overall has been a nightmare to work with. I'm kicking myself for cancelling with another plumber that quoted me the same price, so don't be like me - call this guy instead (2247046220) Drainmaster Sewer & Plumbing LLC! Same price, way more professional, and has the reviews to back it up. Additionally, it really rubbed me the wrong way that he would not answer me but would respond when my husband contacted him (on several occasions). Despite me being the one to schedule and pay, it seems Bob does not want to work with women. Run, don't walk, away from this poor excuse of a "business". Bob has no idea how to run a reputable company.

He was doing a job pretty far away when I called, and still promised to come out as soon as he was done. He communicated well about his arrival time and was genuinely friendly and efficient in his work. (Also shout out to his partner Chris who was equally friendly and efficient!) They had some install issues with the second faucet and stayed until it was completely done and functioning well, past 8pm on a Friday. The price was a touch higher than what I expected BUT I did not ask for an estimate and they did have to do some extra work they didn't anticipate, so I was happy to pay. I'm actually fairly certain they fixed my running toilet and I didn't even ask them to do that. I highly recommend this service.

I planned to use this company when my house was put back together and ready for the dishwasher to be reinstalled, but there's no way that can happen if I can't even get a response back for the initial visit a month ago!

I was looking at replacing 3 bathroom faucet cartridges, as I had one leaking and felt it was best to replace all 3 at once with one plumber visit. At first contact they requested I sent an email photo of the brand and they would have a plumber investigate and contact me with the replacement cartridges needed. I never heard back. I took a photo and put it in ChatGPT to find their recommendation and purchased them from Home Depot. I reconnected Kuhn and set up a time for a service call. The plumber came and after 30 minutes he informed me that the replacement cartridges I had brought were incorrect. He told me that the company will research the manufacturer and call me back with the product and costs. As I have a leaking faucet, how long would the turnaround be. His response was "we are not very good on that and it usually takes 2 to 3 months". I explained that my faucet is leaking and that is unacceptable. He said he will talk with his supervisor, but gave no guarantee or sense of urgency. I was charged a total of $263,25. The rate was $195 per hour. He was here a total of 45 minutes and charged me for travel time back to the shop. When I was quoted the price I was told it was for labor only and was not informed that it also included travel time, Overall, very disappointed that Kuhn felt it was acceptable to have a leaking faucet for 3 months, did nothing to fix the issue and have deceptive pricing.

Divide and conquer: Clayton handled the flush...no problems there, while Kyle tackled the water hammer, which speculated might be the result of a faucet cartridge I improperly installed. But he checked everything...water feed under the sink and even pipes in the basement (which he snugged since it looked like one of them was loose). Then it was back to the sink and the faucet cartridge. The good news? I hadn't muffed the installation! I just looked like the part was a lemon. Better news? He had the part on hand. Even better news? Both projects cost less than expected, even without using a discount card I had forgotten was taped to the fridge. In. Out. Done and done, but not before they did a thorough check for leaks. They were followed by Josh who talked me through the wide variety of furnaces they offer. Not a cheap investment, and he knows it, which is why he patiently went through all the options. I now know more about what goes into heating a home thanks to him. All three of them...courteous, professional and efficient. Thanks. A great way to start the week.
