We went in, ordered burgers, fries and drinks and went to a nice table outside. Not long after, our order was brought to us and it was one of THE BEST burgers I've had recently. Great bun, perfect amount of lettuce and pickle. Ordering was simple, fast and friendly, the price was reasonable and the outside seating was pleasant. We could've sat inside but it was a great day to watch the world go by. My only complaint is that we don't live very close to Cotati, but you can be sure that when I'm back in that area I'll give it another visit!

** | Extremely Disappointing Experience at Acme Burger** I've given Acme Burger three chances, but each time, I've walked away disappointed. The staff is friendly and welcoming, which initially gave me hope for a great meal. However, the burgers themselves are blah. Each time I've visited, the burgers have had no taste, lacking any seasoning or flavor. It's baffling how a burger joint can miss the mark so consistently on the main item they serve. For a place that specializes in burgers, this is truly unacceptable. The patties are bland and unappetizing, and I often find myself wondering if they forgot to season the meat altogether. Without any flavor, the experience feels like chewing on a tasteless piece of cardboard. Even with various toppings, the core issue remains: the burgers simply do not taste good. Despite the pleasant service, the quality of the food leaves much to be desired. I won't be returning to Acme Burger, and I strongly advise others to look elsewhere if you're craving a flavorful and satisfying burger. Last Thursday I was in. This one tall, heavy set gal with brown hair, was SO rude. She seemed super uninterested in being there, and acted like I was wasting her time. She got my order wrong too, when I was very clear and friendly. I didn't even bother to mention it or send it back. I planned on eating there but her energy was so off putting I ate in my car. Instead, everything was sitting out in the open, and condiments are only offered in lidless, open cups ready to spill all over the place. When I politely asked the girl at the counter to please put our order into a bag, she gave me immediate attitude and turned passive-aggressive. She snapped that "that's just how we do it when it's a lot of food," acting like I was an idiot and it was somehow my fault for not knowing their nonsensical packaging system. Completely impractical takeout model paired with dismissive, rude (passive aggressive) customer service. If you actually need food packaged for on-the-go convenience, look elsewhere. Horrible experience.

We agreed to order the pizza and a salad to share. Now they only have1 pizza size to chose from (10") which just comes with cheese, if you want any other toppings it's an additional fee. We added pepperoni, sweet Italian sausage and red onions. I then looked at the salad options and ordered the South West Salad and decided to add red onions and avocado to it at an additional fee. I also chose ranch dressing. In addition I ordered a Dr. Pepper drink for my co-worker. It took approximately 40 minutes from start to delivery. PFT is pretty darn accurate on their times unlike those other delivery services. When our order arrived, the pizza was the perfect temperature as well as the salad, and the ice was not melted in the drink. About the only thing that we didn't get were plates, forks, napkins and I was surprised that we didn't get the ranch dressing for the salad. Nothing like having a "dry" salad. So we grabbed a bunch of paper towels and ate the pizza, my co-worker drank his Dr. Pepper. Since we weren't given any utensils or salad dressing we put the salad in the refrigerator until today and I brought paper plates, plastic forks and salad dressing from home. The salad was good and filling. About the only thing I would say is it would be nice if this restaurant would include utensils, plates, napkins, etc., and double check to make sure they put the salad dressing in the box with the salad. But again the salad was still good the next day and the pizza was above average.
