Horrible service. I've had them for many years and everything about them is bad. I only had not switched because I couldn't get someone else to take over monitoring without spending money on some equipment that was proprietary to Ackerman. They are worthless to try to get on the phone. They take too long to call you if there is a problem. If you set off your alarm by mistake, you call them and sit on hold for 5 minutes or more. I've dealt wtih many security services for home and business. This one is absolutely the worse in every way. read more

I am not a person who does many reviews, but Ackerman has some very deceiving practices. I payed a lot of money to get their security system put in. I signed a one year contract, assuming after that it would go month to month, but no, you must read the fine print and see that it automatically renews for another year and continues to do so. So if you decide you are going to move and sell the house in the middle of your contract you must pay full price for the remainder of the year even though you are getting nothing from them. This practice is a fraud. I know it is my fault for not reading every word of every piece of paper I was given, but I am a trusting person that a company is not out to screw their customers like this. Plus if you do decided you are going to cancel at the end of one of the year contracts you better give them a 60 day notice or it is not acceptable and you will be paying for a whole new year. I will never do business with them again and will advise my friends to do the same. read more

I just called Ackerman to get a quote for monitoring services (obviously before having read all of these previous reviews) and the customer service rep clearly answered the phone without realizing she had answered it. For about a minute I listened to two customer service reps cursing and laughing about photos on what I can only assume was Facebook. They finally realized I was on the line and tried to answer my questions. If you're having difficulty with Ackerman's customer service, it's probably because they're too busy being petty to care about the security of your home. read more

Leah is right. Ackerman Security does not deserve single star. On Saturday September 28, 2013 when I was out of town, my security system started alarming due to fault in the heat sensor at about evening time. The system is less than a year old. Except for one supervisor, all other supervisors and employees told me and my wife that they do not have any after hour technician and my wife who was at home must turn the system off by opening the panel box and pulling the wires off. The employees were more interested in explaining the after hour charges for Sunday than finding solution for my wife who could not follow the instructions to take the panel box off and pulling the wires out due to her wrist surgery. My wife, children and neighbors had to endure the alarm going off overnight. The employees and supervisors ignored that my wife had developed intense migraine as a result of on going alarm. Even though me and my wife were told that the alarm could not be reset through the key pad, the technician who called next day(Sunday) morning explained my wife how to reset the system through the key pad. This simple step could have prevented the suffering my family and my neighbors had to go through but for reasons beyond my understanding the staff of Ackerman Security chose not to help us. The manager Bob who called me next day was not fully aware of the facts and he was only interested in shielding his employees and the company. As a manager his interaction with his customer was worse than the Supervisors under him. This company has terrible problems with the staff training and customer service. If you are elderly, disable, technologically challenged or if you expect good customer service, Ackerman Security Systems is NOT for you. read more

I switched to Ackerman to take advantage of wireless service they were offering. Sale rep tells me it's no problem with my current equipment. I switch over, technician comes out and tells me that my equipment cannot transmit a wireless signal. Also, salesman took way too much of my time. Promised window and lawn signs which were never received. We have set the alarm off accidentally from time to time and their response time is good. read more

I just have the basic setup that meets my need and budget. The representative was very knowledgeable and helpful. The technician was on time and efficient when he arrived. I have been an Ackerman Security customer since August, and it has not been an easy nor pleasant process. First off, my appointment with the initial salesman had been canceled last minute after I left work early. Once we finally met and set up a time to have the installer come in, I took more time off for the installation and they didn't show. I called the salesman and was told that they had called and emailed me about a cancellation the day before. There was no record of a missed call or voicemail on my cell, and no email. They also over-drafted my checking account because they did not use the correct payment method for the cost of the system. It was a 2 week process to get my money reimbursed and charged on the right payment method. About 2 months after the system was installed I purchased a new home. I went to the Ackerman website and it said there was a moving special where they would take out and move my system at no cost. When I clicked on the link to get the offer, no options fit what they were offering. I called Ackerman and that is were the over a month run around began.... I was informed that they didn't have such a deal and they did not understand what I was looking at. I log into my account on the same page I saw the add, so I'm pretty sure it is Ackerman's homepage. They said I would have to pay a $99 fee to have the system moved to the new house. Then I was told someone would call within 24 hours. 48 hours later no call, and I had to call them back and they had no recollection of my previous call, nor any notes. I was told a manager would contact me. I really wasn't sure why I was getting a manager, all I wanted was my system removed from the old house and installed in the new house. I wasn't even trying to cancel. I at least thought a manager would get the job done quicker, but it took over a month to even get close to being resolved. My closing on the house with the system was a few days out and they were finally going to come and remove the system. I took the window of time off of work and at noon the salesman called and said nevermind, we are going to leave the system in your old house. Then he tried to inform me that we never had an appointment for that day any way (then why were you calling me to cancel?) That meant I had to get my realtor involved because the system did not convey with the house. I also needed to make sure the system was not working when I moved out. They were suppose to shut it off on a specific date. I tested the system and it was still working.... After a few more phone calls everything was finally shut down. Because I was a new customer and under a contract I had to keep Ackerman at the new house. This required a new sales person to come over during a 4 hour time frame (more time off work), even though I wanted the same exact system I had. After a couple hours, everything was set and I had a new install day. Because I couldn't afford to take anymore time off of work I had someone at the house to meet the installer. When I got home, the wrong system was installed and no directions were left (This was by no means the installers fault, he was great). When I emailed, I was told they would find out why I got the wrong system, but I would need to take more time off to get a new one. I informed them I would not take anymore time off and just wanted the directions for the different system. Lastly, I left a 1 star review on their site. I was emailed right away by a representative asking me why I rated them at a 1 and what they could do to make it better. I told her the entire saga and said that for the countless hours on the phone and missed time at work I felt I should receive free monitoring for a year. (maybe that was a bit much to ask for....) However, for as concerned as she was with my 1 star review I never got a response. I truly wish I had stayed with my old company, because the amount of money I am saving, was not worth the hassle. read more

I began my attempt to close this account 2 years ago - primarily due to poor billing practices and lack of use of the system. During that time, I called numerous times and was even told by a customer service rep that billing was a known issue. Unfortunately, the company was quick to remind me that I was locked in to a 3-year contract (didn't realize there was a contract) and that there was nothing they could do except charge a $300+ cancellation fee. My complaint call even made it through to the Head of Customer Relations, who was extremely passive aggressive and basically told me that there was nothing he could do. I work in a customer experience capacity and there is always something the company can do if they value their customers. With so many competitors in this space, it's mind boggling that they are so passive in addressing customer issues and perhaps the sales practices of the front line reps. On June 10, 2019, I will FINALLY be able to give the required 60-days notice and end this service. I will NEVER do business with this company again. read more

I will not recommend no one to have Ackerman Security. This security company is a rip off. I'm having a bad experience with them. On September 25, 2018 I checked my account n found out they took money out of my account twice they over charge me for something that I didn't no anything about. I call to report the issues to the supervisor to see why is they over charging me n taking extra money out of my account per conversation with the supervisor she told me what she see in the system for my monthly payment n some fees that I owe I told her that's not true according to my contract my monthly payment is cheaper than what she see on there data base. I told her the sales person didn't mention anything to me about no fee charges. This have been a back and fourth issues for the past few days n it have not been resolved yet. Do not sign up for auto pay for them to take money out of your account that is a set up they will over charge you by taking extra money out of your account that you are not aware of. I was told before that when you sign up for auto pay they will take money out of your account for one year n when that year is up you can pay your own bill. I found out this week over the phone with Ackerman agent she told me that's not true that there services requires auto pay for them to take the money out of your account. I'm noticing that Ackerman employees is not on the same page I'm hearing different sides of the stories. Someone is lying. I will be contacting the supervisor again about my money. read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! First, the "sales person" who came out to our house tried to tell us that we could ONLY sign a 3 year contract..that is, until I said I wouldn't be willing to..only then did he tell us we could sign a one year. He scheduled our installation appointment for the following Monday morning 8am-noon. We waited all morning and no one came or called us. We called them and had to reschedule and they told us that our appointment was scheduled for Tuesday instead of Monday. I checked my email to look at the confirmation I was sent, and someone had CHANGED MY APPOINTMENT AT 3AM THAT MORNING!! Without as much as a phone call, we wasted the whole morning. We told them that we could not be there on Tuesday because we had to work, so they "rescheduled us" for the following Thursday. The next day we came home from work and there was a "sorry we missed you" note on the door. So yet again, I had to call them. Apparently nobody had changed the appointment in their system at all. They said a representative would call to confirm my appointment for Thursday. No one called. And here I am today, trying to get my initial 250 dollars refunded and contract cancelled (since no one would even show up to install). No refund yet. I've called 3 times and sent the proper signed paperwork to cancel my contract..TWICE. I'll just buy a guard dog. read more

Buyer beware. They suck you in with offers of good service at a reasonable price. The service is marginal. They tell you only have to sign up for a two year contract, but beware. The person who sold it to me said there was no commitment after the two year period...BUT...it renews on an annual basis and they don't give you notice of the renewal. I would not tell any of my friends or relatives to go with Ackerman. When we switched from landline monitoring to wireless monitoring, the sale person came over to my house, without finding whether we have adequate signal, he made me pay $179 installation fee before he said he would send an engineering out to install the system. When this engineer came, he told us that there was no signal in the house, but he will come back later to try to see whether it would work through the internet. Eventually the system was installed but we always got the alarm for "base-failure". Last Saturday, our system acted up the whole day and kept beeping all day. I spoke to the customer service multiple times to request an engineer to come out. I was told that since no engineer is working on the weekend. If I have to have them come out, I will have to pay more than $100 dollar plus the first hour of labor cost. In the end, we decided to power down the system to have the system shut up. We were promised that someone from the service department will call us within 24 hours. By Tuesday morning, nobody called us. So we called again, and we were told someone would call us back to set up a schedule. Now it is Wednesday afternoon, nobody from Ackerman calls yet. We decided to cancel the service. In addition, we request to refund the $179 we paid for the monitoring system that was never working properly. We have been with Ackerman in the past three years, every time, when we contacted them for any service related issues, we always have to call back multiple times in order to get someone out to take a look at the system. The service is terrible and unreliable. There are so many security companies out there, nobody should have to put up this substandard level of service. read more

This is a damn shame to see all these poor reviews on Ackerman. On June 17, 2013, some African American males invaded my home while I was in bed sleep here in College Park, Georgia. No, I did not have a gun, but I have one now. Well, the night these fools invaded my home, Ackerman did not get the signal until the fools had taken my possessions. Later, I spoke with Ackerman informing them that it took too long to call me and the fools stated to me the reason was because of the way my system was programmed. Someone failed to share that I could program my alarm so that there are no delays. For example, if someone kicked the door in again, Ackerman recieves the signal immediately. Ain't that some do do....Anyway, I am giving them another chance but if they cross me again and I live to see it, WOE be unto their asses for taking my money monthly while providing poor services. read more

Ackerman offers poor customer service. They don't return calls and they over charge for their services. When I tried to get a technician to come out because I didn't have a signal during their system check, it took them 1 week to get a technician to come out to change the battery in my alarm. Then charged me $257 for changing the battery on a system that I had for 5mths. I am currently on hold for 30 mins waiting for someone to fix this billing error. When they want their money they will hunt you down for a balance on your acct of $9. I wish I would have went to another company. Don't choose them!! read more

I AM A 15 YEAR customer. This is my SECOND review of Ackerman. They were all set to refund me approximately $300 . It's been five months and I haven't seen the refund. I moved my service to another provider. Ackerman called today to ask why they aren't receiving a "signal". They want me to sign a cancellation notice that states I "may" owe them money. I told the rep to ask Their Operations Manager where my refund is. A company that does as much advertising should treat their customers with more care. Especially someone like me who has referred them to many so many people over the last 15 years. read more

We installed a wireless alarm system with Ackermans 1.5 years ago. Our sales person, Tammy Holt, assured us we would only be locked into a one year contract, after that time period ended we would be on a month to month basis. Cancelation would be an option at any time. Last week we attempted to cancel our service. We spoke with several representatives in the wrong department to cancel serve. These reps assured us they were leaving messages for the correct department to call us back (apparently the cancellation department is open at 8:00am). We never received a return call. After more attempts to get the correct department, much frustration and a week later we finally connected with the "retention" department. After the representative placed us on hold several times, we were exhausted trying to make her understand we were NOT obligated to keep our monitoring service. Finally we asked to speak to a Supervisor, as we were getting NO WHERE with this person! Finally speaking with Supervisor, Ms. Nedra Robertson, we were able to convey to her to cancel our service. She ended up being helpful and was able to cancel our service. We've actually received an email "cancellation confirmation". We do note that Ackerman does require you to sign a written cancellation form, however, we modified their form. We were NOT going to sign something that spelled out that we could be liable for additional charges if we was canceling early. Clark Howard recommends Ackerman Security on his radio show. We will be contacting Clark to express our dissatisfaction with Ackerman Security Systems as well. One should NOT have to threaten a company to cancel something that one has no obligation to keep. We will not recommend Ackerman to anyone in the future, and we sure will not use them in our new home! Their "Nationally Recognized for Excellence" claim is really pretty funny. read more

I am so so upset with Ackerman. On last Thursday, February 13, 2014, I called and inquired about Wireless Monitoring with Ackerman Security. I received information of $24.95 a month for Wireless Monitoring, however, a consultant would be at my home on February 17, 2014 at 8 am to see if the monitoring would be through the radio, internet, or phone. I took off from work for this to take place. On the morning of February 17, 2014 at 7:30 am, I received a telephone call from the consultant saying she woke up feeling sick and she cannot meet with me. I waited until 8:00 am and called Ackerman to see if someone would be out because I took off from work. The representative told me that another consultant would be at my home at 12:30 pm. That consultant called me at 11:30 am to tell me that she cannot meet with me at 12:30 pm. She stated that she could be there at 4:00 pm. I explained to her that my son has karate and therefore, I cannot meet with her at 4 pm. She told me to call Ackerman back to get another consultant because she cannot do it. After I called Ackerman, again, I was told that another representative would be at my home at 12:30 pm. I waited and waited and waited until 1:10 pm. No one never called or showed up. I called Ackerman for the third time. This time, I got an apology for the representative and she stated that she is sending an email to a supervisor to contact me. I never heard from a supervisor. Around 2:15 pm, the same representative that cancelled for the 12:30 pm appointment called me and said she can meet with me at 4:30 pm. I HAD TO CANCEL MY SON'S KARATE CLASS SO I CAN MEET WITH HER! At this point, I am furious and frustrated. I lost a day of work; then my child could not go to Karate because that was the only day I could meet with Ackerman. To add insult to injury, when the consultant arrived (very opinionated and talkative), she was trying to sell me a Wirelss Monitoring System for $800. I explained to her that is not why I called. I told her I am a single mother and do not have that type of money. I am already an Ackerman customer. Needless, to say, it was at this time I found out that I AM NOT BEING MONITORED BY ACKERMAN. The consultant blamed it on Comcast Phone system. I explained to her that I have been with Comcast since 2010. Therefore, my service has not been monitored since then? I am furious at this point. I asked her to leave. It was at this time, she introduced me to "Well, you can pay $99 and be monitored wirelessly." WHAT!!!!!!!!! She should have told me that at the beginning. That is what I was asking for! I am in search of another sercurity company that has all of this in it. I have had the worst experiences with Ackerman since ligtening hit my home in May of 2012 and some of the contacts are not working. I am just done with Ackerman. Being in law enforcement, it is absolutely hard to sleep at night knowing I am not being monitored. Upset and ready to break my contract with Ackerman! I had Ackerman Security for about 17 months with no issues, I purchased a wireless system for about $500. I moved from my apartment into a rental home, I wanted to transfer my services to my new home, I was socked to find out today that my account was debited $391, the sales person who came to my house clearly said i would be charges 309, I know what i heard. As a single mom of two kids there is a big differnce between 300 and 400, so well there is nothing i can do about the he said/she heard bit. But honestly ackerman is saying that the $391 is labor, REALLY can i get a job with Ackerman, 1 hour is costing your customers $391 dollars that is beyound cazy. You really should have this information posted on your website, i promise you no one who lives in an apartment would want this svc if they know to disct and transfer will cost them just as much the equpt they paid for. so i was emailed the cancellation form, i need to fill it out and mail it back, no problem i can do that. What is truly upsetting is that it will take ackerman 30 days to refund my $391. One thing i will say is that ackerman taught me to ask questions, find out upfront how much things are, get it in writing. read more

Folks Please beware I thought I was being monitored but realized for months I wasn't even connected to Ackermans system, someone tampered with and disconnected the box from outside of the house and I had no idea , neither did Ackerman , talk about a false sense of security. I was so upset. , They wanted to send a tech for that ridiculous fee so I went out side and messed around with the box by reconnecting what was disconnected and I got to work again. So my advise get wireless and find a way to lock the box outside any joe blow has access, Its scary. read more

After receiving a bill from the City of Atlanta False Alarm Reduction Program for $225.00 last week for "operating a home security system without a permit", I immediately called the phone number on the bill to dispute the charge. I was told a new law had passed last year requiring homeowners to "register" their home security system for a permit to operate. I told them this was the first I had heard of this and was surprised that Ackerman had not contacted me about this new requirement. I bought the system in February of last year and there had never been any mention of this by my Ackerman sales rep. The city employee said most security companies automatically register their customers since it is free and can easily be done by phone or online but that Ackerman does NOT provide this service to it's customers!!! She said that there had been public notices made on the local newscasts and in the AJC (to which we do NOT subscribe). After speaking to the City of Atlanta, I called Ackerman and asked to speak to a supervisor. She was rude and kept talking over me saying that I had been given false information by the city, it was not Ackerman's fault, and I should have "seen it on the news"--REALLY!!?? I then called the salesperson who had sold me the system to see if he could be of any help.....he consulted with his manager and called back today to say that a notice had gone out in the water utility bill which we pay electronically and, therefore, didn't receive the insert. I am counting down the next 3 months when I can cancel my service contract and find a company who values their customer. Absolutely zero customer service!!! read more

I signed up for Ackerman, was installed two days ago, and I must say that I am highly disappointed. My home was pre-wired for service, however the salesman failed to notice that 3 of my windows did not have sensors on them when he did his walk through, now he wants to charge me to have the sensors installed. I feel that If I'm entering a contract with you and your tech didn't really have to do anything anyway the least you can do is give me 3 sensors not to mention new keypads, motion detectors, etc. To add insult to injury, the alarm has been going off for no reason for the past two days and the earliest appointment they have for someone to come out is on Wednesday. I believe I have 3 days to cancel and with what I've experienced so far and after reading the reviews (which i should have done first smh) I'm going to do just that. read more

Worst decision I have made to trust my family's safety with Ackerman! I've the past 2 years, my alarm has gone off countless times, for hours at times and no one has called me. For some reason the can't pick up a signal! But after I tricked them and pretended to "test" before they "got " the signal. What a bunch of crooks. This morning at 4:50am alarm went off again! Ran to turn it off bc I have sleeping kinds and a baby, nothing! No call nothing! When I called the service line the guy was whispering and being sarcastic. Told me that I needed to press the panic code for someone to call. Dont we need to see what's going on first? Then I asked to cancel and he says that I have another year, who in their right mind would knowingly sign a 3 year contract? I don't recall anyone saying it was 3 years! And I'm paying for service that I'm not receiving. What's the point of having an alarm when no one is monitoring? I just want out without the penalty bc I don't even know what I'm paint for!! read more

I had satisfactory service for YEARS (from January 2011 until September 2015, and this a key part of the issue, believe me) from Ackerman while I lived in Manassas, VA 20111 (DC burbs). My system had originally been installed by Honeywell, which Ackerman took over monitoring, so I didn't have to deal with hardware or installation costs. This fall, I moved in with my inlaws, and I had no complaints with Ackerman, UNTIL I cancelled my service. I made the phone call, explaining I needed to cancel the service after nearly four years, because I had moved away from the house. The "service" rep, one Valerie Ponder, explained with a saccharine drip, that I would need to pay an early termination fee in the hundreds of dollars. I explained to Ms. Ponder, in much less duplicitous tones, that I had in fact exceeded the term my contract by nearly two years, and I would not be paying any early termination fees. I didn't even get into the fact that even if there were ETF's affiliated with this contract, we shouldn't be talking about hundreds of dollars...a 12 or 24 month term equates to $75, max, but I digress. She came back with the witty "it's in your contract", as if that would somehow close the matter, and then sent me an email with a list of demands (requirements), that was actually all the information I just provided to her, less my signature, as if that would somehow leave their "service" in force. Hey, Ackerman, I DON'T LIVE THERE ANYMORE! Ackerman has since continued to bill my credit card, and so I can see the corporate intent is to escalate this. Well then, so be it. I've begun dealing with the master card folks, and thought I would share my experience of the service for others to consider when evaluating security companies. The bottom line is that I've paid for four years (less two months) of a very basic service. Essentially, a technician is alerted by a monitor program that my unit is signaling, and they then call me to make sure that there are no problems. Ackerman did this, and I paid a little more than twenty-five bucks a month. In the end, I paid them about $1200 bucks, and they called me four or five times a year when we forgot to disarm before opening the slider, or a loud noise caused a window break to go into alarm....I paid my bill, got the service I was paying for, and was generally satisfied. NOW, after four years of me paying the bill, and not to mention that I've MOVED (not my service, I've literally moved!) this corporation in Atlanta wants to play games with ETFs and small print in the contracts (which actually hasn't been produced, btw) and try to make me jump through their hoops to cancel. Absurd! So, as one reviewer said, it does indeed appear that you get what you pay for. They may only charge me $25 bucks a month while I have their service, but then play games when I try to leave, which puts them right back in the same pool with ADT, and now AT&T, and all the other corporate extortionists that place profits ahead of integrity and honesty. SHAME on you Ackerman, for presenting your company as somehow different from the rest of the "security" industry! I guess I should have known better, but now, everyone who reads this will know what I didn't. Don't trust Ackerman! So long, old friends.... I have been an Ackerman customer since buying my first home in Atlanta almost 20 years ago. I also encouraged my place of business to switch to Ackerman at two of our commercial locations. My wife also owns a small business that has used Ackerman for the past 5 years. I will say that we have been 100% satisfied with their pricing and monitoring until very recently, when we really needed them the most, we had our first break in incident at our small business. 1) the motion sensor failed to pick up the burglar both entering and leaving our store. 2) Best explanation they could offer was that the thief was able to avoid the motion sensor and that we should have more installed via a service call that was billed to the tune of over $800 (later arbitrarily adjusted to closer to $600). 3) During this period, my research turned up that they are billing a ridiculous premium for hardware & equipment: Honeywell motion sensors that are available for a retail price of $40 are billed by Ackerman at $156. NO JOKE. 4) When trying to negotiate with the sales rep/collections guy, we asked if we could be put on a payment plan, as our small business had taken a serious financial hit from the break-in (lost inventory, broken window replacement, etc.), on one hand, he agreed to it, while on the other, we kept receiving service cancellation notices from somebody else in his department. So my experience is this: Great service until you truly need them, then they won't stand by their product. Customer concerns go unanswered, and internal problems are clearly evident. Will be cancelling home and business services as soon as possible. Can't say I'm looking forward to dealing with them to get out of our contracts..... read more

I have been a customer at this address almost 10 years with no problems until now and it hasn't been resolved yet. (The system is on a designated circuit, is wireless with battery backup and no remotes.) Nov 2nd System keypad reports bad smoke detector, nothing else. Called Ackerman for service appointment. Nov 3rd Repairman arrives at 11:30am. He replaces the smoke detector. While there, he reports our 2g communicator will be phased out in 2016. It will be replaced by a 4g. Since he is already there, we have him make the upgrade and he powers up the system. We also renew our contract. But very shortly after powering up, our keypad registers Lo Battery. He checks the battery and tells us we need a new one. He says we can install a new one, saving money. I get instructions for the battery change out. He leaves. Service charge $263.95 At Batteries Plus, I purchase the 12v 5Ah battery. I have it checked for charge, it's good. I return and swap per instructions. After 75 minutes, keypad still reads Lo Battery. I call Ackerman and make an appointment. Nov 12th Repairman arrives at 10:30am. He reports the control panel fuse is good but the control panel is not charging the battery. Only solution is replace the control panel along with new battery. He does so. Now we have a new control panel, new battery, new transformer and from Nov. 3rd, a new communicator. He powers up the system, resets everything and leaves. Service charge $450.00 Nov 13th Lo Battery alarm at keypad. Called Ackerman at 10;28 and spoke to Customer service who gave us the earliest appointment 16 days later. She said the service call would be free during the 31 days after the new contract. Nov 27th Repairman arrives at 9:20am He tested the new Ackerman battery and reported it could have a bad cell. Getting another new Ackerman battery, he tests it for charge, it's ok (so was the Batteries Plus battery), installs it and leaves. Nov 28th Lo Battery alarm at panel. Called Ackerman for appointment. Was given an appointment 9 days from now. This has been time consuming, frustrating, with 4 batteries later and $713.95 spent, this issue has still not been resolved.
