My scooter was having trouble idling and was bogging dow when I engaged the throttle. I tried…read morefixing it myself and ended up wasting a lot of time watching youtube videos and reading scooter forums. Finally, I gave up and had Matt (super friendly) from Rolling Wrench come out. He quickly diagnosed a problem with my carburetor. I paid extra for their mini package because it really needed a tune and lube up. So in an hour and a half he had my original problem fixed plus the fluids, cables, tire pressure, and more. He even cleaned and waxed the body. It now runs better than when I bought it 5 years ago. This is great service by any standard. However, I have to say I've had negative and unfriendly experiences dealing with a local competitor, lets call them Tragique Scooters. Although Rolling Wrench's labor cost is a little steeper, I'd now pay it any day.

Ordered thurs night. Friday when it didn't go out I knew I was gonna get perked around. Wednesday…read morethey finally called around 5pm to tell me the engine ordered was damaged and they'd refund or give me a "deep discount" which was never disclosed even when I mentioned twice. So, like I told them, my 7k van engine blew from a bad/counterfeit part online. My truck is down for injectors. My scooter was my backup. And I spent 165 dollars more than anybody else on the planet expecting the pros you pretend to be on YouTube. I'm a vet on disability and everybody and their brother wants a slice of my pie without doing a damn thing to actually earn it. And it's disgusting. I can get my money back, order a new engine and get it here quicker than they took to own their trap. I also worked for myself and am 8 months sober due to the fact that I don't act like you. I retired at 53 too. So one us is doing some sh!t wrong

*Posted this on Google Reviews, but posting on here as well for more visibility :)…read more I've been strolling into Erico for a few short years now. Before, it was always just to look because they were a cool shop with cool bikes and who doesn't love that? I wasn't a rider back then, more of an aficionado, but I always told my boyfriend that maybe one day I will actually get something from there. Fast forward to Saturday, Feb. 25th and I have my new Triumph Speed Twin 900 with the help of the fantastic team at Erico! I am still in my beginner phase, so it was truly helpful to have these guys thoroughly explain all that it means to own a bike and really help me decide on which was the best choice for me. One thing that cemented my interest in visiting Erico before any other dealership was that they were extremely helpful when I first called to ask the silly question of whether a Triumph can be a good first motorcycle (there was a little intimidation when thinking about investing in such a beautiful brand since there's always the possibility of dropping it, higher speeds, etc). I had called up a few dealerships both in CO & CA, and Erico really made the best first impression out of all. David Mack, Erico's sales manager, not only went above and beyond to answer any question while following up with relative key product features, but also did that while off the clock! He didn't even have to, but the fact that he did made me believe Erico cares a lot about their riding community. Massive shoutout to David, Deonte, Logan, Joe F. & Joe B. (with special mention to Justin and Sterling for the chats) for helping me with the whole purchase process! You guys were great to work with, and I feel confident that I chose the right dealership. Love a good company that has so much heart in what they do, and if you've read up on Erico's history or have been to their shop, you know this is one of those places. Thank you, Erico!

I hesitate to be "that guy", but…read more.... I had a new battery installed on my Triumph. You have to remove the ECM bracket in order to get the battery in or out. This is done by undoing one bolt. Not knowing about the bolt, they broke the ECM bracket by trying to pry it out of the way. This YELP review is about this particular incident, but there have been others. There have been obvious problems that should have been seen by the mechanic and/or the service manager, resulting in service that I would have had done. A service manager needs to inspect every job before he/she signs off on it. They don't do that here, otherwise they would have caught these things. The owner is a good guy and they carry a line of bikes I find appealing but the service dept. really needs either better, or more, people. I've owned a lot of bikes over the years and worked in the service and parts departments at a few shops. This wouldn't fly anywhere I ever worked. Their service manager will always feign ignorance in an effort to upsell you on unneeded and expensive diagnostic work. And only rarely will own up to a mistake they might have made.
