Day of install came and one of the panels was going vertically and everything else horizontally. Reached out to John and after a little back and forth he agreed to replace the panel at no extra charge. When day of replacement came it was only a crew of 2 guys, they struggled a little to move stove and were concerned about gas line as they were unsure how to close it, the guy in charge took them outside and told them to be quiet, stop complaining and get it done. 3 months after replacement section was installed and final payment was made my countertops cracked! I reached out again via email to John, several people from his team came out to look at countertops a couple of times and I was told they'd replace them once they had the same material leftover from another job. That was over a year ago! I repeatedly reached out to John and James who now no longer works with John and I was just given more excuses. I consulted with another company and I was told the reason for counters cracking was most likely bad installation since there were no signs. We also paid for cabinet lighting and lights went out a day after installing after having guy come out multiple times we gave up. I have recently filed a complaint with the BBB, countertops should have come with some type of warranty for at least a year.

Thankfully the people working here haven't been a bother and were good about answering all of my questions. There wasn't much of a hard sell and left me in peace to peruse without watching my every move. It also is about the quality of the product, which I'm pleased to say seems great all around. I was able to get a good feel (#2) for what I needed visually, overall functionality, and design. I have purchased several things from tiles to sinks from here and it's all been a relatively smooth process. A lot of it was done online, but the studio was really just to see it in person. I doubt it's the most affordable since the prices are up there. While I think it's perfectly suitable to compare other shops, it's sometimes worth noting that getting everything from one place can be extra convenient as well. Some have full description like what's good for, how to order and most importantly, the sample pieces. I was helped by a young lady showing me the difference between glass tiles and porcelain tiles. Great. Thanks a lot. Porcelain tiles saved my sanity of future cleaning costs. I'm here to order tiles for my contractor. I only paid for their labor but I pay for the material. I think I started backwards. I may need a designer first. While I was looking, she went away. It was a busy Friday. So, I was okay to browse by myself. Comparing different sheen and colors, I already decided what I wanted. But I need samples. One has no samples and one has lots samples. I did a survey to voice my concern of their system won't display the receipt like a 8"x11" page like the quote. Not anyone's fault but the corporate office issue. I also mentioned about lack of samples. Then, someone from the office messaged me "if you want samples let me know..." Heck. I'm halfway done my project. After look for the nearest salesperson, I found a younger lady with pretty braided hair. She helped me to spent almost a thousand dollars at first. I called back to order something adding to total purchase of over a thousand dollars. During the transaction, the first saleswoman gave me a nastiest look. Hey. Not my fault you think I was window shopping and busy helping others. Being a showroom business, please have a better presentation. Picking up the material is another pain. I almost have to go to 2 different places for one tile type because of quantity issues. I had to change color. So, I don't have to go all over the city for the tiles. I'll think twice before I come here for my next home remodeling project in the future.
