Chad Gingras and his assistant, Jason, are two extremely knowledgeable and competent plumbers…read more Initially we had a situation where our 12 year old Bosch combi-furnace decided to no longer produce hot water both for heat and domestic water. Jason worked diligently with the Bosch tech advisor and while listening to their conversation trying to solve the problems we all came to the same conclusion that the costs of replacing major components would be ill advised and another route would have to be taken. After talking with Chad we realized it would be best and more cost effective to replace the unit with a current model of the same Bosch furnace. The order was placed and received Friday morning early and Jason and Chad were promptly on site to begin the swap/installation of the new furnace. Their professionalism and efficiency was well appreciated. The minor problems they ran into in making the swap were quickly resolved and in the end they effectively had the furnace up and running with much appreciation from us. We highly recommend them and will definitely use them again for any future work that might be needed.

I called so many companies, most gave me outrageously high quotes or told me they wouldn't have availability for 2-3 months. Always Reliable Excavating came out the same day I called to take a look at the issue and provided a clear, detailed price quote within 24 hours. They weren't the cheapest, but the quote made sense for the scope of work and was much more reasonable than the others I received. They were able to schedule the job for the following week and completed everything quickly and professionally. Their communication was straightforward, and the whole team was respectful and knowledgeable from start to finish. If you need excavation work done, this is the team you want. Highly recommended!

I posted on angi's list and Drain scope got back to me very quickly with the offer to head over there. He called me after the back up was cleared with incredibly clear and valuable information which will help me make important decisions about moving forward. I felt as though it was absolutely worth every penny to be informed and the job was well taken care of. I will absolutely go back to Drain Scope and I would recommend them to anyone with plumbing problems which arise! The professionalism was something other companies should take note of!
