The aggressively get to your home for restoration and work quickly with communication for the first 24 hours, but like most "ambulance chasers", they move on quickly. We tried everything to get them to communicate in the most basic ways but calls, emails, and texts go unanswered. Every promise is broken within a few days, and after 10 weeks of torturous attempts to work with them, we opt to terminate services, absorb costs on our own, and figure out how to finish the restoration. They are unable to keep up with their commitments and spend all of their energy getting the next job rather than finishing their existing commitments or even communicating with clients.

I am not filing a claim with my insurance so I am getting stuck paying unquoted work (during an emergency) at crazy high rates. Again, their emergency response was great. Their work product was exactly what it should have been. I am just very surprised and disappointed at the pricing. Even recognizing I was in a bind and it was going to cost me, their pricing was simply not fair. Getting a bill after the fact, nothing I can do now except let others know if you aren't making an insurance claim, be prepared for "insurance rates."
