He was able to help me identify what things were a priority, and what things were just surface items. The information was concise and very helpful. Checked reviews and checked with neighbors to see who they recommend. The reviews for Kinder Restoration Services appeared excellent and neighbor had utilized their service, several years ago. Contacted them and they brought equipment (air scrubbers and dehumidifiers) to get the areas of each unit dried out. There was way too much for the area and the equipment was not correctly vented so the contaminated air was circulated throughout the remainder of the properties in areas that had not previously been affected. Thankfully I was able to get three other professional, competent restoration companies to come by, check out the damage and ended up hiring one of them. When reviewing the online reviews and discussing with two of the other contractors, it is evident that the reviews are phony. If you ever need a restoration company, do thorough research and find a trustworthy company who doesn't use pressure tactics and false information and charge exorbitant prices.
