Been working with Team Clean for about 5 years Never any…read moreserious issues, the cleaning they do is good, about what you should expect, their pricing was below most competitors. However this is a basic service done primarily through email. No emergency cleanings, they aren't available on weekends (they clean on weekends but usually no one in the office). So if you schedule at least week in advance, they have always done the job, no issues. Works for me. If you want the immediate 24/7 service, linked calendars, etc. you'll need to pay another company and it will be pricier.

I have never left a poor review in my life, so here goes…read more.. Team Clean quoted us $250 for a "deep" clean of our 768 sqft apartment and after doing an okay job (we weren't sure at first if they had come or not because it didn't look much cleaner than it did before) we were charged $400. I paid the $400 and planned on using a different, local cleaning company in the future. This month I was charged an additional $375 from Team Clean for absolutely no reason as it was a one time job. I have spent hours over the past few days trying to reach them with no response or call back. I at very disappointed with their lack of professionalism and transparency, ability to clean, and potentially fraudulent behavior. I absolutely do not trust this company and recommend going elsewhere for your housekeeping needs. This has been a nightmare trying to dispute the charge with my credit card company and it would have been way easier for us to just clean our own place. I'm sure they have done this to a number of previous customers in the hopes that no one would notice these additional charges.

Abby is easy to work with and she is a perfectionist - every little cleaning detail was addressed. The team used ladders to clean the ceilings and tops of light fixtures. Good cleaning, but sketchy admin. We've been using Summit for our primary home the last few…read moremonths. The crews bill hourly, and since my wife and I work from home we are there to let the crew in and wave them goodbye. The cleanings are good, no qualms there, but the surprise is always in the invoice. It's pretty common to receive an invoice with inflated hours, and if I hadn't been checking the invoices against their actual times worked, I estimate I would have paid over $1,200 more since inception. Generally it takes about an hour and a half to clean our home, so if I get an invoice for 2 hours, I just pass it through, because they deserve it. They work hard, and we have somewhat of a relationship at this point. Often, however, I receive an invoice for much higher hours (3+) than was actually worked, and I'm spending my time emailing with the admin team. It's a pleasant surprise when the invoice actually reflects the hours worked. To illustrate my point, one occasion they were here for an hour and 34 minutes, and I received an invoice for 5 hours of labor. Another time I received a 3 hour invoice on an hour and 15 minutes of labor. Yet another time I received a 4.5 hour invoice on 1 hour of labor. The team always corrects them when I bring it up, but if it was a rental and I had no way to confirm, I would have well overpaid. In those 3 examples, I would have overpaid by about $850. I would not recommend Summit if I was a savvy rental owner and cared about my margins. In my experience, it's likely you will pay more than was actually worked (sometimes a lot more). The cleanings are good quality, so I am happy with using them for my primary home. As an aside, generally when I use cleaners for rental properties, I go with a service that charges a fixed cost based on the attributes of the home (square footage, number of beds and baths, etc.)

Extremely unreliable for vacation rental cleanings…read more We used Summit for 1 winter season for our vacation rental in Breck that has high turnover. At first we satisfied with their work. Our condo was clean enough and they communicated well. Then one day they didn't show up and our guest arrived to a dirty home that hadn't been cleaned yet. We had to give our guest a night free and $200 for dinner while the condo was cleaned. Summit tried to blame it on us but we were able to send them the confirmation of the cleaning booked. We let it slide and continued using them. Then 2 cleanings later they missed another cleaning, which we had booked in their system. They blamed it on technical errors with their booking software. We were livid and asked to speak to management but never had anybody reach out. We gave our guest money back and money for dinner while the place got cleaned. This proceeded to happen two more times. So FOUR total cleanings they DID NOT SHOW UP and cost us at least $1500. To top it all off, one of their cleaners stole our brand new vacation and left an old vacuum in its place.

The owner Tatiana charged me $15 bucks extra because it cost her time to ship it. I am so sorry that your employees stole my phone and you had to take time out of your day to send it back. Im awaiting for the phone to arrive. It better be in perfect condition. DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY. Some professionalism and honesty is sorely needed. You don't steal from the place you are cleaning! Worse the place wasn't even my house. It was an airbnb we stayed at and according to the owners, this isn't the first time they have stolen. They were taken items out of the airbnb as well.
