I have to average out my stars for my short term rental. Three years ago when i started with this company, i would have given them a one star review. But after a major change in their office personnel, that review score has gone up to a five. James is very responsive, wiling to help and understands what issues we run into. Now, sometimes we might get a minor cleaning issue or minor house issue that the tenants find, but James does address it with the cleaners and it's taken care of. Before i couldn't get any help from them and even had some major conflict, but the past year has been a 153 degree change and we are working well together to get that to 180 degrees. It has been hard to find good cleaners up in summit county for the past 12 years that I've owned a place, but now feel like i can rest assure that my unit will be clean, ready to go on time and if anything comes up, they are willing to help. Been working with Team Clean for about 5 years Never any serious issues, the cleaning they do is good, about what you should expect, their pricing was below most competitors. However this is a basic service done primarily through email. No emergency cleanings, they aren't available on weekends (they clean on weekends but usually no one in the office). So if you schedule at least week in advance, they have always done the job, no issues. Works for me. If you want the immediate 24/7 service, linked calendars, etc. you'll need to pay another company and it will be pricier. read more

I have never left a poor review in my life, so here goes... Team Clean quoted us $250 for a "deep" clean of our 768 sqft apartment and after doing an okay job (we weren't sure at first if they had come or not because it didn't look much cleaner than it did before) we were charged $400. I paid the $400 and planned on using a different, local cleaning company in the future. This month I was charged an additional $375 from Team Clean for absolutely no reason as it was a one time job. I have spent hours over the past few days trying to reach them with no response or call back. I at very disappointed with their lack of professionalism and transparency, ability to clean, and potentially fraudulent behavior. I absolutely do not trust this company and recommend going elsewhere for your housekeeping needs. This has been a nightmare trying to dispute the charge with my credit card company and it would have been way easier for us to just clean our own place. I'm sure they have done this to a number of previous customers in the hopes that no one would notice these additional charges. read more

Team Clean has been doing a great job for my wife and I. We even have multiple animals so I know it's a harder job than most. Attention to detail is important to us and they have our vote for the cleaning team to choose. We look forward to their service for hopefully years to come! read more

USE CAUTION BEFORE SIGNING ON WITH TEAM CLEAN Team clean is often unavailable to schedule and the management at Team Clean is unreliable, unresponsive and disrespectful. Team Clean doesn't have an after-hour phone number and doesn't respond timely (or sometimes at all) to calls and emails, especially on weekends. On one occasion when cleaning was scheduled weeks in advance, the cleaners had not cleaned by check-in time.  Team Clean did not respond to our emails and calls, so we were forced to come up and clean in a rush to assure the condo was clean for our guests.   The cleaners showed up too late - 10 minutes before our guests arrived. We didn't receive any response so several days later we called and spoke to James, the manager.  We understand that issues sometimes arise.  However, he did not offer any apologies or take any responsibility for the matter. Instead he told us that over the weekend he only "responded to the emails that were most important". There are much better cleaning companies in Summit County. Rely on Team Clean at your own risk. read more

I was using Team Clean to clean my short term rental for about three months... I tried to be patient but after 3 out of the last 4 guests complained about the cleanliness of my cabin, I finally fired them. Any time I tried to get In touch with the owner, I had to leave a message and wait for her to return my call. She is defensive and does not check on her team. We rely on the cleaning team to make the house spectacular for each guest... It doesn't happen with Team Clean. If it had been one guest complaining; I wouldn't believe it... But multiples, they are not all lying. I will not recommend them or use them in the future. read more

I wish I had made this decision sooner because they have been nothing but super professional, friendly, and always keep my property impeccably clean. I have used Team Clean for 5-Plus years. I am more than satisfied with the results of the house-cleanings. The crew knows exactly what to do: I often leave while they're cleaning and come back to find everything clean and in tip-top order. I think their prices are reasonable too. I've never had a problem scheduling: my calls are always returned promptly. This is a no-worry situation for me, as there are people constantly in and out of my house while I'm across the country. My husband and I were really disappointed primarily by the lack of professionalism of this company's office manager, James. He was great about adding cleanings to the calendar and they never missed a scheduled clean. We got great reviews from our renters also. The issue was when there was anything wrong or concerning he would choose to ignore it and not respond altogether, argue that their "inspector" checked it and even felt like WE were the ones wrong for complaining.. he will never apologize and still hasn't even after we fired them. When we met him in person he was equally as rude and immature as in email/phone. This is my part-time home, so I notice when things are not clean (hair on the floors, auto clean/fan oven left on for a week, spills on the cupboards/floors, missing linens and incorrect sheet sizes on beds even). Sometimes cleans were good and several times they just lacked attention to detail so we felt like we could't trust them. Charges to us per clean were rarely consistent. On the last clean we asked them to inventory all sheet sets and leave used ones in the closet... they said they did but we ended up with 4 sets of missing sheets to this day in which he insisted were there.. he ended up refunding us but ultimately made us feel like this was our fault or like we were trying to screw them over. If they had a different office manager we would consider trying them again but unfortunately we would not recommend this company at this time. read more

Team Clean does not do a good job cleaning. Several of my guests have complained about the dirty floors and bathrooms. I have inspected the condo after they have "cleaned' and there was spaghetti sauce still on the kitchen floor and the trash had not been emptied. I would not use them. They don't communicate with you or try to make things right when they do a bad job. read more

We have had poor service from Team Clean. On three separate occasions, they completely forgot to clean a bedroom and bathroom. Then, the last time I scheduled a clean with them they didn't show up at all. I didn't find out about it until someone came to use the property and it was a mess. read more

I have used Team Clean for over 10 years. I was satisfied with their service for some time, however over the last couple of years I noticed that the cleaners would short cutting their cleaning. They would arrived 10 minutes late (or whenever, was really never concerned about when they arrived) but I did expect a full 1 1/2 hours cleaning (2 people). They would always leave 5-10 minutes early. Which wouldn't be bad if everything had been done. But I started noticing that they were skipping stuff...like not dusting the bedroom. And then several times without any notice, I would notice that I would get charged for an extra hour of cleaning. I would call and then be told that the cleaners had to do extra work? I never asked the cleaners to do extra work....just the work that they are supposed to complete in 1 1/2 hours. If I asked them to clean the refrigerator or clean the oven, I could understand. But I asked them to dust something they were supposed to have already dusted. And then they raised their rates but they didnt raise their level of service. Plus they gave no noticed that they were going to raise their rates. When I brought up my dissatisfaction I was told I was a bad client and I should just pay the extra. That's real professional. I will never use them again. There are alot of cleaning people in this county who are willing to provide excellent service at a fair price, Team Clean is just not one of them. read more

We have been using Team Clean for two years for our Airbnb home in Dillon. Our house sparkles after they are done! Yadira has always been responsive to our needs and on the odd occasion when something went wrong, she was right there to fix the issue. Sometimes we have 'back-to-back' guests (leaving and arriving on the same day) and she and her team have made sure to get the place cleaned up for the new arrivals. Team Clean crew has been cleaning our vacation home in Keystone Ranch for two years and they always do a terrific job. Last week the crew was there to do a deep clean for the home sale and they went above and beyond to make everything sparkle--including a super messy refrigerator.
