I called Abby desperate to get my condo cleaned after the renters moved out. The condo was in bad shape but Abby and team did an incredible job turning it into the condo it once was. Abby is easy to work with and she is a perfectionist - every little cleaning detail was addressed. The team used ladders to clean the ceilings and tops of light fixtures. They power washed the back patio. They somehow cleaned the floors that were awful. I would highly recommend her and here team for all your cleaning needs!! read more

This review reflects services provided in July 2024. Situation: daughter moving into new house that needed A LOT of work. She got behind on the prep due to difficulty in retaining contractors. I ended up coming out there to help her get the house painted, but I saw that it REALLY needed cleaning and she was moving in that weekend. So, I started calling cleaning services on Wednesday with the only option for cleaning being the coming up Friday as the handiman would be there finishing up until then. As you can guess, everyone was booked. But Summit cleaning at least would talk to me. I had a long list of wishes for cleaning but asked, even if all they could do was clean the stove (ugh covered in grease) and windows (also ugh, dead bugs in the screens and very dirty) I would be happy. Well, they totally came through. Found the time and did the ENTIRE job for a very reasonable price. I cannot tell you the joy it brought my daughter (working mom with two toddlers) to move into a clean house. And Abby who I worked with was the kindest person to both myself and my daughter. If you want a friendly, professional, reasonably priced, effective, and KIND organization to work with, I feel you cannot go wrong with this company. She forgot many times things I told her, then said I never told her and kept blaming me (even when I had proof that I didn't mess up). Our place wasn't completely cleaned on several occasions leading to guests arriving to a dirty condo. Lots of drama, never taking responsibility, blaming everyone else. Stay away! read more

Reached out to Abby Martinez to provide cleaning services to my rental condo. Paid her immediately. Repeatedly requested cleaning on a particular day in between 11am and 3pm. She confirmed it will be done. 3 pm was a check in time for my guests and at 3:08pm no sign of cleaners. Abby didn't pick up my phone calls, kept sending me voice memos that the property would be cleaned by 4pm. At 3:09 pm I fired her via the text message and she kept sending condescending memos and text messages. A complete immature and a liar! I run an Airbnb and Abby is a great partner to have. She is always on time and can fit same day check-out/check-in. Her cleaners are always thorough and I've always received great feedback from guests. I run it from Denver so sometimes I can't come up to drop off toilet paper or paper towels. Abby has grabbed me some and just added it to the bill which is nice. Just had a bear tear through some trash and the cleaners picked it up without even charging. Great results! read more

I needed an apartment cleaned for a move out on slightly short notice and after calling around to people who don't respond to messages left Abby picked up on the second ring. She was quick to tell me she would be happy to assist me in getting everything taken care of in a timely manor. Her team did an excellent job getting my place ready for a new renter and, more importantly, getting my security deposit back. Then she went above and beyond. I needed a couch moved to the dump from my place and she quickly found people she knew to take care of it the next day.
