Now, sometimes we might get a minor cleaning issue or minor house issue that the tenants find, but James does address it with the cleaners and it's taken care of. Before i couldn't get any help from them and even had some major conflict, but the past year has been a 153 degree change and we are working well together to get that to 180 degrees.
