We own a second home in Frisco, and it was time to get the windows and screens cleaned. Called Eric and got a quote quickly and easily ( we were still in Tucson). The price was reasonable and scheduling the actual job was hassle free. Although he was ready to do the job without us there, we had the pleasure of meeting Eric and Amy. They were professional , on time ( even sending reminder text, and another that showed us that they were in route), and did a great job for a very fair price.. Windows look great ! From begining to end Eric was professional, honest and he and his wife Amy's work the best I have ever seen! We have a second home in Breckenridge, so I had called him for a quote from our home in NJ. He was quick to respond and the quote was very competitive so we booked a date. This was over a year ago. But unknown to me the date the windows were to be washed there were fires in our area and with all of the smoke and soot in the air he called and said it would be best to wait on the windows. I so appreciated that! So we postponed. We had then decided to have our house stained this spring so again waited... but I contacted him this summer, said we would be out and asked if there would be any chance to get in on his schedule. Sure enough, he fit us in and he and Amy did the most amazing job. we look out onto the 10 mile range and our windows are so clear it's like they are not even there! We split time between Houston and Silverthorne. We are very happy with the window cleaning that Worry Free did for us at our Silverthorne home. They were very flexible on timing, coming earlier in the day due to a scheduling conflict we had, plus the windows look great. We had some windows that we'd thought needed to be replaced because of a seal failure and "fogging", but after Eric and Amy finished, turns out it was just paint over-spray, and we don't need to replace the windows! Also, they worked without us here, and with our dogs in the house - no problems. We will definitely use them again! read more
