The guys were arrogant and plain rude, explaining that they were accustomed to working in large luxury homes. The others were left out in the mix and they didn't bother to notify them or communicate to them that their windows would not get done. They did however do a fine job on the glass cleaning on the ONE unit. We will never call on them again.
