(3 bedroom/4 baths) I spoke to the young lady who answered the phone.. and upon my saying Montezuma, (which is 6 miles down the paved road from Keystone Ski Resort) she apologised and stated they do not service Montezuma because its 6-miles down the road. Keep in mind they do service Keystone.. and their office is in Frisco???? Of course I questioned her resoning.. as I choose them... and she was going to let me hang up... Keystone has condos as close as 3 miles down the road to my home.. making the extra effort... a total of 3 miles and she still said no. A company that has five-stars, you would think maybe she would have enquired to the type of job, learned a lil more about where exactly in Montezuma our home is located... or even maybe asked a manager... although she simply said sorry.. and I then mentioned a Yelp review... because lets face it... you can tell I am mystified and disappointed. She did not react to my stating I would leave a comment and simply said thank you ___________________ Now, let me be clear. She was not rude, she was not unprofessional, (in my opinion) she simply let business walk out the door during a time (Corvid) when you would think otherwise. Checked reviews and checked with neighbors to see who they recommend. The reviews for Kinder Restoration Services appeared excellent and neighbor had utilized their service, several years ago. Contacted them and they brought equipment (air scrubbers and dehumidifiers) to get the areas of each unit dried out. There was way too much for the area and the equipment was not correctly vented so the contaminated air was circulated throughout the remainder of the properties in areas that had not previously been affected. Thankfully I was able to get three other professional, competent restoration companies to come by, check out the damage and ended up hiring one of them. When reviewing the online reviews and discussing with two of the other contractors, it is evident that the reviews are phony. If you ever need a restoration company, do thorough research and find a trustworthy company who doesn't use pressure tactics and false information and charge exorbitant prices.

However this is a basic service done primarily through email. No emergency cleanings, they aren't available on weekends (they clean on weekends but usually no one in the office). So if you schedule at least week in advance, they have always done the job, no issues. Works for me. If you want the immediate 24/7 service, linked calendars, etc. you'll need to pay another company and it will be pricier.

Team Clean quoted us $250 for a "deep" clean of our 768 sqft apartment and after doing an okay job (we weren't sure at first if they had come or not because it didn't look much cleaner than it did before) we were charged $400. I paid the $400 and planned on using a different, local cleaning company in the future. This month I was charged an additional $375 from Team Clean for absolutely no reason as it was a one time job. I have spent hours over the past few days trying to reach them with no response or call back. I at very disappointed with their lack of professionalism and transparency, ability to clean, and potentially fraudulent behavior. I absolutely do not trust this company and recommend going elsewhere for your housekeeping needs. This has been a nightmare trying to dispute the charge with my credit card company and it would have been way easier for us to just clean our own place. I'm sure they have done this to a number of previous customers in the hopes that no one would notice these additional charges.
