Super friendly and attentive to my requests. The cost was affordable and super competitive compared to other quotes I received. They also take care of the veterans with a discount which was much appreciated. I wasn't in the home to witness the services rendered, but upon seeing the home in the evening, there was a significant difference in the carpet cleanliness and appearance. No issues or noticed missed areas. Everything was pretty much handled with their customer portal which made bill payment easy and convenient since I could not be there during the service. They even let me know that there was a high window that they couldn't reach and so they scheduled a time to come back later and bring an extension to make sure that one was cleaned as well. I also offered to have the owner come by beforehand to meet me and see the house, but she repeatedly declined. A few days before my scheduled cleaning, while I was out of town, the owner contacted me and said she had concerns because previous customers had not paid for services. Although we had already agreed on the payment terms when the appointment was booked, she then requested my full name, phone number and a credit card to hold the appointment. I suggested that she send me a photo halfway through the cleaning and I would send payment at that time. She declined and canceled my scheduled appointment. I understand that businesses have the right to establish policies to protect themselves. However, those policies should be communicated before accepting a booking--not a month later, just days before the scheduled service. Changing the requirements at the last minute and canceling the appointment left me scrambling to find another cleaning service before returning home from vacation. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this business based on my experience and would advise finding another cleaning service for your needs.
