In fact, because of their tenacity and determination to not back down, they were able to get us more than TWICE as much of what the ins co wanted to pay out initially. I would hire them again (if they can tolerate me again, haha), and I would HIGHLY recommend them! They are honest, trustworthy, exude good workmanship, professional...AND PATIENT when dealing with all the B...S....!! Had to rip off sections of garage roof three times. Told us all workers were Owens Corning certified. Not one of them. I held back $ 4,800. Told Property Pros to take me to court. after several apology emails begging for his money they finally gave up. my advice is don't pay them, there threats of a mechanic lean on your property is a joke, they couldn't even afford to send me a legal notice.

I spaced making an appointment until just a few days before my service need. As expected, my (much more established) previous vendor was booked - it's Novermber in Breckenridge - what was I thinking? Anyway, I called, left a message, and got a prompt return call from one of the owners, Pablo. He worked me in to his busy schedule with no penalty, took my lockbox code, and set everything up. On the service date something got sideways and no one showed up - I learned this form the tenant who was going to move in the next day. You might expect that this would ruin the experience; if it were a different situation, it might well have. But what separates HELP from many other competitors is how Pablo solved the problem. I called Pablo, he apologized, and I told him just to make it right. One of his staff got over there shortly and cleaned the carpets. Per the feedback I got from my tenant, the kid did a great job. The icing on the cake came this morning: Pablo called me personally after reviewing my invoice, apologized for the inconvenience, and applied a meaningful discount. I honestly wasn't even all that upset - it's turnover season in Breck and all of these guys are booked solid. I got an emergency schedule placement and sometimes things get mixed up. It happens. But Pablo went above and beyond expectations to make sure he corrected the problem. They've got a new client. Very happy.

Unfortunately, I did not qualify for the unit. As of today, April 9, 2026, I have yet to receive a refund. I have made numerous attempts to contact the office by phone and email, but no one has responded. This lack of communication is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. If I do not receive my reimbursement by the end of this week, I will have no choice but to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I would like to note that Owen, the leasing agent who showed me the property, was very kind and professional. His conduct is the only reason I have delayed escalating this matter further.

Good cleaning, but sketchy admin. We've been using Summit for our primary home the last few…read moremonths. The crews bill hourly, and since my wife and I work from home we are there to let the crew in and wave them goodbye. The cleanings are good, no qualms there, but the surprise is always in the invoice. It's pretty common to receive an invoice with inflated hours, and if I hadn't been checking the invoices against their actual times worked, I estimate I would have paid over $1,200 more since inception. Generally it takes about an hour and a half to clean our home, so if I get an invoice for 2 hours, I just pass it through, because they deserve it. They work hard, and we have somewhat of a relationship at this point. Often, however, I receive an invoice for much higher hours (3+) than was actually worked, and I'm spending my time emailing with the admin team. It's a pleasant surprise when the invoice actually reflects the hours worked. To illustrate my point, one occasion they were here for an hour and 34 minutes, and I received an invoice for 5 hours of labor. Another time I received a 3 hour invoice on an hour and 15 minutes of labor. Yet another time I received a 4.5 hour invoice on 1 hour of labor. The team always corrects them when I bring it up, but if it was a rental and I had no way to confirm, I would have well overpaid. In those 3 examples, I would have overpaid by about $850. I would not recommend Summit if I was a savvy rental owner and cared about my margins. In my experience, it's likely you will pay more than was actually worked (sometimes a lot more). The cleanings are good quality, so I am happy with using them for my primary home. As an aside, generally when I use cleaners for rental properties, I go with a service that charges a fixed cost based on the attributes of the home (square footage, number of beds and baths, etc.)
