When we got there Les greeted us with nothing short of a smile and pleasantry before asking if he could be of any assistance. When we were looking for a fan we were able to acquire the proper one to fit our specific needs. The clerk at the counter, Sylvia, was kind to point out a particular product of hand sanitizer had absolutely no alcohol in it. She saved us on cost and helped us decide to opt for a 'for sure' product to sanitize hands. She was patient as well. Over all my family and I have been coming to the store for nearly a decade. We are moving soon and will miss the store and the friendly clean environment. They sell masks and hand sanitizer here and many other products found at even the largest branches. They have saved us lots of time and money. Thank you ACE and your employees for being there when we honestly needed you.

How do they support so many employees to work there at a time? I mean, there's an army there. When they aren't helping customers, which they thrive on, there are so many employees there that when they aren't helping someone, they are in groups of three or four having a good time. Morale must be pretty high. You will always find someone to help you navigate the store or give you assistance with advice on your project. Unlike some big box hardware stores where you need a hunting license to find an employee. I love the vibe here. And of course, true to Ace Hardwares, there's more than hardware and tools, albeit that they have a great inventory of both. They have Hot Wheels and Matchboxes. Models, trains, RC vehicles, and all sorts of stuff in their Hobby Store. They have a great selection of candy that you can't find anywhere else. They have a great bottled soda inventory of various flavors and brands. Shoot. Even when I can't find what I'm looking for in this store, a rare occasion, I always walk out with some candy and a couple of bottles of pop. And around 12 different brands of gourmet popcorn. Hey, you want the best popcorn? Get one of the Whirly Pop poppers there, priced at a really decent price. It's an adventure just exploring the store. Go have some fun! 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Tucson-top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!

To my surprise, no one sold these GE plates in the whole state of AZ. I am in no position to spend that kind of money. My inspector simply require I have a deadplate covering my breakers. So I got busy calling around to several metal and steel business to request a plate be made. Due to COVID 19 many places didn't have the bandwidth to get this done in a 24/48hr turnaround time or they didn't/won't due this type of work. I was desperate because my deadline was fast approaching. To my surprise, I was guided to contact Santa Rita Steel. I spoke with Poncho and well, the rest is history.
