As he was doing the front door repair he noticed that the weather stripping seals were bad, so he let me know and replaced those too. He also replaced a latch on a slider that's been broken for a while, repaired a garage side door with terrible weather stripping, installed a couple of new electric lights that have not worked for a year and took care of a long to do list that we are not skilled enough to do ourselves. I was pretty bummed when I realized he couldn't proceed without it. Thankfully, I was able to purchase the charger the same day, and Nick was kind enough to come back later that same day to install it. That level of flexibility was amazing--I was so relieved I didn't have to reschedule. On top of that, he identified several burnt-out breakers and fixed them at a very reasonable price.
