If you could give someone a zero rating for professional work, it would be too much. From…read morebeginning to end this would not be a company that I would recommend to my worst enemy. The excavation wasn't deep enough; the concrete was not leveled properly; the brush mark show the amateur installation technique. Cigarette butts everywhere, very little clean up, and a rude business owner. One of the types that does nothing wrong, and will argue with you. Which is probably why he owns his own business, because he couldn't take constructive criticism. He also pulled the permit, charged the homeowner, and then would not provide a copy for our records. The town wouldn't provide a copy of it either. One would think that maybe the contractor and the town are into something corrupt. Here is my take: Do not hire, if you do, make sure you are a construction manager to oversee the work. Good luck.

I spent about $18,000 for a new roof, siding, gutters and soffit. Since having it installed in 2023…read moreby this company, my siding has now fallen off 3 times. Unfortunately this company will not fix their work because I hurt the owners feelings. I was told he won't do anything until I apologize to him. Keep in mind, this project took 32 days. His company cut my Comcast line leaving me without internet for days, to which I had to pay Comcast myself to fix it. I was promised several time that I would sign a contract and never did. They were even a no call, no show on the first day. They didn't even use finishing nails on the siding. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this place. It's not worth the headache.

I couldn't be happier with the siding repair work done by Well Hung. From start to finish, the team…read morewas professional, punctual, and incredibly detail-oriented. They took the time to assess the damage, explain my options, and provide a fair and transparent estimate. The crew worked efficiently and left the area spotless when they were done. The repaired section blends perfectly with the rest of the house--you can't even tell there was ever any damage! It's rare to find contractors who care this much about quality and customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Well Hung to anyone needing siding repairs or exterior work. Outstanding craftsmanship and top-notch service!

The Precision representative promised to show up and install a garage door opener but never showed up. He never even called to say he wasn't coming! Sean was very friendly and courteous - he called ahead to see if I could accept an early arrival, and he finished the work just before his original arrival window was set to start, which made it easier for me to keep to my work call schedule. He did an inspection, talked me through what was needed and why, and taught me how to maintain the hinges and spring myself going forward. When I commented offhand that I ought to sweep out the garage, he offered to use his leaf blower to do it for me, and made sure to do it at the end before he left. I felt respected and not at all pressured or upsold, and I felt very confident having this gentleman working in my home.

Was very disappointed with them this time.

We highly recommend Korellis roofing, based on the character and professionalism of staff like Macklin and John.

Here is an honest, non-biased review of Kusiak Construction as it pertains to roofing. I contacted…read moreKusiak along with three other local companies to gather estimates for my roof replacement. Estimate/Quote: Compared to their competition, Kusiak could do a better job in detailing the work to be done, exactly what would be covered in a nice and detailed package. While this isn't a deal breaker, it certainly does place the homeowner at ease when spending $$$ thousands on a new roof. Price: Very competitive. As I mentioned, I contacted other companies and found a disturbing $5,000 swing between lowest and highest. Kusiak was among the most competitive in their pricing. Craftsmanship: Very pleased with their attention to detail. While they just completed the job this morning, everything appears to be in order and the work appears to be very professional. In addition to their competitive pricing, one of the main reasons I chose Kusiak is their application of a 6' ice & water protection. This is twice what others quoted as most only apply 3'. Warranty: This is what set them apart in my opinion. A 10 year warranty on labor is no laughing matter. Again, almost double the time frame what other companies quoted. Pros: Crew was very diligent in scanning for nails as we have a large GSD. Cons: They could have done a slightly better job of keeping me in the loop when crews were coming/not coming. I found myself calling or texting them to find out the status. While not a deal breaker, customer service can certainly make one feel at ease when your dropping so much money.
