We had giant pools of water anytime it rained or snow melted and would get water in our garage. They did an excellent job grading our driveway and even created a channel to ensure we wouldn't have water problems in the future! The crew was respectful and friendly. They were professional and worked hard to get the job done. They excavated and graded with new gravel in one day and then came back to do the asphalt in one day. They definitely knew what they were doing and the pricing was reasonable. We feel it was money well spent. We are very happy with our finished driveway! Would recommend to friends and family.

I hired Roman's roofing to repair a roof leak at my property. Because of the age and condition of…read morethe shingles, they recommended a full roof replacement, which I approved for the quoted price. After the job was completed I noticed an unexpected $800 charge added to my bill for eight pieces of 1×8×10 lumber used in the same repair area. While I understand estimates can change, this additional cost was never quoted or approved before the work was done. The on-site supervisor mentioned the need for replacement boards, but as a professional contractor, the company should have clearly communicated any extra costs prior to proceeding. The lack of transparency and communication was disappointing, and I expected better accountability for a project of this size and cost.

Unfortunately this company will not fix their work because I hurt the owners feelings. I was told he won't do anything until I apologize to him. Keep in mind, this project took 32 days. His company cut my Comcast line leaving me without internet for days, to which I had to pay Comcast myself to fix it. I was promised several time that I would sign a contract and never did. They were even a no call, no show on the first day. They didn't even use finishing nails on the siding. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this place. It's not worth the headache.

He took the time to look closely and explained that the damage involved a possible dormer issue, meaning a simple roof repair wouldn't be safe or effective. He said that was not his expertise to ascertain that particular issue. Another company was ready to do the job just to get paid, without mentioning any structural concerns. His honesty helped to avoid a costly mistake. It is so rare these days to find someone who puts integrity over profit. I highly recommend him for anyone who wants real expertise and integrity. It was also good for his company's bottom line. Tri-County Roofing and Gutters, please retain Jimmy at all costs.

Here is an honest, non-biased review of Kusiak Construction as it pertains to roofing. I contacted…read moreKusiak along with three other local companies to gather estimates for my roof replacement. Estimate/Quote: Compared to their competition, Kusiak could do a better job in detailing the work to be done, exactly what would be covered in a nice and detailed package. While this isn't a deal breaker, it certainly does place the homeowner at ease when spending $$$ thousands on a new roof. Price: Very competitive. As I mentioned, I contacted other companies and found a disturbing $5,000 swing between lowest and highest. Kusiak was among the most competitive in their pricing. Craftsmanship: Very pleased with their attention to detail. While they just completed the job this morning, everything appears to be in order and the work appears to be very professional. In addition to their competitive pricing, one of the main reasons I chose Kusiak is their application of a 6' ice & water protection. This is twice what others quoted as most only apply 3'. Warranty: This is what set them apart in my opinion. A 10 year warranty on labor is no laughing matter. Again, almost double the time frame what other companies quoted. Pros: Crew was very diligent in scanning for nails as we have a large GSD. Cons: They could have done a slightly better job of keeping me in the loop when crews were coming/not coming. I found myself calling or texting them to find out the status. While not a deal breaker, customer service can certainly make one feel at ease when your dropping so much money.
