That's over half of what it cost me to get the sump pump installed brand new. I was shocked!! When I asked what their hourly rates were I was told the price is based on the job done. Calling did no good. I was told there's nothing that can be done. I will never call Hines for anything. Under warranty or not, I'll figure it out before I call them back. I'm upset over the cost for the work done and the time it took. If this is what it costs maybe upon calling they should disclose that the labor will cost me $250 flat rate.
