I spent about $18,000 for a new roof, siding, gutters and soffit. Since having it installed in 2023 by this company, my siding has now fallen off 3 times. Unfortunately this company will not fix their work because I hurt the owners feelings. I was told he won't do anything until I apologize to him. Keep in mind, this project took 32 days. His company cut my Comcast line leaving me without internet for days, to which I had to pay Comcast myself to fix it. I was promised several time that I would sign a contract and never did. They were even a no call, no show on the first day. They didn't even use finishing nails on the siding. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this place. They started the job within a day or two from our initial contact, completing the job of replacing and adding more gutters to the whole house in one day. The owner also came back the next day to check the work his crew had done to ensure it was up to his standards, as well as mine. First off, the contractor representative (I can't remember his name) for Well Hung Gutters (yes, we get the joke) did not honor my simple request for a phone call prior to the day that work would be started. I asked for this because the contractor representative could not give me a definite day or even WEEK that the work would be started on., and I wanted to be able to make arrangements around the work that would be done due to my uncertain work schedule. The contractor representative also did not even tell the laborers ANY DETAILS of what work needed to be done. As a result, the work was partially finished incorrectly before they were ever informed of these details. After receiving a phone call from the contractor representative informing them of these details, instead of completing the work in light of this new information, the laborers LEFT the job site, and did not come back. I called the company phone number 5 days ago, one day after the work was "started", and left a voicemail requesting a call back to discuss when the work would be completed. I have yet to hear back from a representative. Utterly, totally unprofessional from start to finish. read more
