Sean was very friendly and courteous - he called ahead to see if I could accept an early arrival, and he finished the work just before his original arrival window was set to start, which made it easier for me to keep to my work call schedule. He did an inspection, talked me through what was needed and why, and taught me how to maintain the hinges and spring myself going forward. When I commented offhand that I ought to sweep out the garage, he offered to use his leaf blower to do it for me, and made sure to do it at the end before he left. My wife told them that no one was home but they dropped off the mower anyways. When I got home later that afternoon, I found our lawnmower just sitting in the middle of our driveway. Someone could have stolen our mower but this guy clearly doesn't give a crap. He just left it here. Because of his incomplete and improper repairs on our snowblower I inspected the driveshaft to see if the repairs were completed satisfactorily...and they were not. On each side of the gear box retainer pins and washers were loose and unsecured. So not only did he not repair the snowblower...when he broke the lawnmower...he didn't repair the lawnmower properly. This business sucks.
