My girlfriend took her car here to have the grille replaced and the work was not finished when we went to pick it up, despite the car having been there nearly all day. Now she's likely going to have to spend another day without the car because a relatively simple fix wasn't done properly. I'm not sure how a professional body shop managed to leave a piece of the trim on the grille bent and not completely snapped in properly. The defect was obvious as soon as I walked up to the car, even in the dark. I understand that mistakes are a normal occurrence, but this is such a simple part to replace and to have it left the way it was for her to pick up leads me to one of two conclusions: 1. The employee that performed the work didn't care enough to finish the job or check his/her work and notice the obvious piece of trim hanging on the left side of the grille. 2. They took her for an idiot that wouldn't notice that the grille wasn't repaired properly and would pay $500+ for shoddy work. In either case, this is a problem. It's not the end of the world, but if I'm paying you hundreds of dollars in labor and giving you 6 hours to replace a plastic part, you get it right. I would normally be lenient, but this was such an obvious lack of attention to detail that one star is all that will suffice. I have worked as a professional detailer and would never return a car to a client like that. I spend a great deal of time taking care of my cars (hers included) and would expect the same from people who claim to be professionals. If you have work done here, check it over thoroughly before you pay for the work or accept the car. read more

More like IN-Accurate Auto Body. I would not recommend this company to my friends... I might recommend them to some difficult coworkers though! I took my car in to have a dent over my gas tank access door fixed. After waiting 3 weeks to get the car in for the repair and another three days for the work, the dent was not repaired. Instead, they replaced my front bumper (that had nothing wrong with it). Seriously. Turns out that they had used an estimate from a year before for a 2010 Prius that I owned previously to do the work on the 2011 Prius that I had brought to them. Different VINs. Different colors. Apparently the same bumper. Mistakes happen. I get it. But how many points of failure had to occur in order for these guys to replace a perfectly good bumper and ignore a HUGE dent? Mistakes from beginning to end -- starting with who is presumably the owner typing my name wrong in the system for the quote, to the gal that does the paperwork not noticing that the estimate was from a year ago, to no one double checking the VINs that they always write down for the estimate, and the guys in the shop not questioning the fact that they were replacing a good bumper but NOT fixing the OBVIOUS dent in the body. Through all this process, no one thought to call me to double check the work that they were to get done. When I pointed out that they had not fixed my dent, they were apologetic. Very sorry indeed. They had to eat the parts and labor of the mis-repair. Not to mention that it took them ANOTHER MONTH to reschedule the repair and then a week to get it fixed. And for all their apology, never did they once offer to try to make up for my inconvenience -- such as offering to reimburse me for any part of the 9 days of rental car to get me to and from work while they were replacing perfectly good parts on my car before repairing what needed to be fixed. Or, even offering a flat discount on the repair. Actually, they even saw fit to charge me the extra $25 for incidentals that came up during the repair. Sorry indeed! I think talk is cheap. And, as they pointed out, "at least [I] got a new bumper out of it" (that I didn't need or want). Perhaps they could give me the old bumper and I could sell it to cover part of what their mistake has cost me... Regardless, now that all is said and done, I give them 2 stars. The quality of work is 5 stars. Had they actually made fixing the repair that they screwed up a priority and had put forth effort to making up for the time and inconvenience that they had caused me, I would have rated them 4 stars. But for this sorry overall experience, I give them 2 stars. I should have gone to a chain that would have cost me the same for the repair, covered part of my costs for the car rental, and would have had it done by the end of the week following my initial estimate (since estimation, the repair at Accurate Auto Body has taken over 2 months). My suggestion: go to a business that knows how to take better care of its customers. read more

Very good experience with repairs to the rear door, wheel, and fender on our Audi Q5. Repairs were completed at the estimated cost, on schedule. Insured with Geico, no hassles with adjustments to the insurance-side estimate - Accurate dealt directly with Geico. Enterprise location two blocks away, they were excellent to deal with as well - pick up and drop off right at the shop. Accurate kept me updated throughout the repair process with only essential information. End product exceeded expectations - no indications of body work and the paint match was perfect. Vehicle was fully detailed inside and out upon delivery. As per other reviews, wait was 5 days for the estimate, another three weeks to start repairs. Called Accurate Auto Body in Naperville today, Monday, 10/22/2018... to see if I can get an "Eyeball" estimate for a minor damage to my car's bumper. And I was told to bring my car on the following Friday... as the gentleman doesn't have time... Now C'mon already...! Someone can't take a 2- maybe 5-minutes to give me a quick ballpark estimate (so as for me to decide whether my deductible will cover the expense or to file the claim with the insurance company), then I don't know what to think of this business. Having read a couple of reviews about having the patience to get the necessary repairs done... beginning with getting the appointment first and then servicing the car... may take a long time. I'm sure they do a good job; and that's the reason why I picked up the phone to call them first. However, don't think there's dearth of car repair shops around this part of the neighborhood. read more

Excellent work done on my Honda Odyssey after a tree fell on the hood and quarter panel. I don't know how they were able to get the dents out so well but that's what a first class Auto body shop can do. I got in a car accident about a month ago on my 2015 Hyundai Sonata. They were not able to get me an appointment until about a month after my accident, but it's worth the wait!! My back drivers door needed to be replaced and painted and there was some damage on my front drivers door as well. I was a little hesitant about it getting repainted because I have seen some bad paint jobs through working at a car wash for quite a few years. I got my vehicle back in the amount of time they promised AND you can't even tell it's been repainted. The best body shop around. Their customer service is impeccable, and they never have an issue with answering absolutely any question you might have. I guess the biggest downside is (due to this amazing reputation they have) it takes a long time before they can get to your vehicle. An appointment is weeks sometimes even more than a month away. So if you need the body work done quick, this might not be the best place to go. But that is simply due to the fact that they're amazing at what they do and people know it. I have been here twice now for body work to my 2013 Honda Civic. Both times I went they are honest about what needs to happen and upfront about costs. They are not cheap but I would say they are fairly priced and do fantastic work. When I first went in I had the newest paint type in Honda's inventory and it takes a special knowledge to be able to apply it correctly. Accurate did a great job matching the factory paint and it looked just as good leaving the shop as it did leaving the dealership. The amount of time it takes to get in (usually several weeks) although a bit frustrating proves that they have a lot of people wanting to use their services. It is never fun having to get work done on your vehicle but Accurate Auto Body will be my go-to body shop as long as I still live in the area. read more

They coordinated everything with that person's insurance and got the work done in the shortest amount of time quoted. They went above and beyond what I thought they were going to do to repair the damage and made the car look new again, including an interior/exterior detail.
