Located by Naperville North High School, this spot is in a convenient spot with not too much traffic. It was easy to get an estimate, appointment, schedule, and I got updates by text on how repairs were going along with an estimated date of completion. I was able to get a rental car pickup here. When I picked up my car, my battery unfortunately died so I asked for a jump. Very glad someone was around to help with that! The repairs were perfect and everything was detailed in a document. This is how a body shop should be!

They rape your insurance for everything they have and they lie over and over again. For one they DO NOT call you. You have to call them. If you get a text from them giving an update it's a complete lie. For an entire month straight they have given me the runaround about my car. I have to call them multiple times a week and every time I call they lie to me and the insurance stating my car will be finished by the end of the week. Then I have to call back at the end of the week and ask them why my car isn't done and they say next week. I call back and they tell me and the insurance it's going to be done by the end of the week. This process has been going on for 4 weeks straight and I wish I was exaggerating. My car has been in their possession for 2 months for a side swipe. I've called them 2-3 times a week for them to continue to say it would be a few days. They lie and give the most unrealistic time frame putting me at the mercy of begging the insurance to extend my rental. I'm a single mother and if I had believed them I would be thousands in debt with enterprise. If you have the kind of expendable income to afford a rental for months on end good for you. Go ahead and let them board your car. If your living paycheck to paycheck like me then DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. They will have you in a hole with no end in sight. You think they would be honest and say it will be a few weeks. Nope. They continue to say every week it will be done in a day or two and don't listen when they say "it's in paint and then it's done." My car has been "in paint" for 3 weeks. Just remember while I am posting this I still don't have my car. Now I had to tell them I'm coming to pick it up in 2 days with or without them being done.

(6 out of 5 Stars if I could!) In a world where genuine…read morecustomer service has become completely rampant with apathy, Boyce Auto Werks stands out as an absolute masterclass in professionalism, honesty, and integrity. I will be the first to admit that I am an absolute snob when it comes to attention to detail. I am completely "anal-retentive" about my vehicle, and my standards are incredibly high. If you are like me and hesitate to trust your car with just anyone, let me save you the stress: do not hesitate for a single second to bring your vehicle here. This is your place. The ENTIRE experience was flawless from start to finish: The Front Desk Team: The two ladies at the front counter are phenomenal. Every single time I called or walked through the door, they were patient, deeply helpful, and genuinely caring. Their warmth meant a lot to me, especially during a incredibly difficult personal week following my father's passing on March 27th. Communication & Care: I dropped my car off and picked up my rental on Monday, March 30th. Kyle was outstanding to deal with. He was patient, highly communicative, and thoroughly answered every single email and phone call I threw his way. Unmatched Integrity: This is what sets them apart from every other shop in the country. They accidentally caused a minor scratch on one of my windows during the repair. I hadn't even seen it yet, but Kyle proactively called me, took full ownership of it, and completely replaced the glass and the window tinting at zero charge to me--while covering the extra days on my rental car without a single drop of friction. That level of transparency is unheard of today! They literally left no stone unturned--they even have excellent, high-quality candy in the waiting area! I cannot think of a single thing this business could remotely improve upon. Boyce Auto Werks has earned a customer for life. If you want pristine work done by honest, meticulous people who actually care about their customers, look no further. (note to the owner: please seriously consider giving these three people I dealt with raises as they more than deserve it)

I had a very negative experience with this shop and want to share the facts clearly…read more On Monday, I called and told them my car had been rear-ended. State Farm sent an electronic authorization to prepare a repair estimate, and the manager "Chuck" initially agreed to handle it. After several days with no follow-up, I visited the shop in person on Friday to find out what was happening. When I explained the situation calmly, the mechanic reacted angrily, used rude language (he told me "f*** yourself"), and said he was too busy to take the job. During the first meeting, I simply asked if paying cash would make the repair cheaper -- a straightforward question about payment options that any customer might ask. He said that shouldn't be a problem, but today he accused me of wrongdoing and refused to proceed. For the record -- I never asked anyone to do anything illegal or improper. I only requested a standard insurance estimate via State Farm so I could review my repair options before committing. Instead, I was ignored for days, treated disrespectfully in person, and falsely accused when I asked a reasonable question about payment. I left shocked at the lack of professionalism. I would caution others to think twice before doing business here. I saw a lot of good reviews and was ready to bring this body shop a lot of business (it's even close to my office), but this experience made it clear that some people forget it's the client who brings money to the business -- not the other way around.

Windshield came back with 3 chips and the side mirror on the opposite side of the truck was scratched. There is residue on the leather arm rest adjacent to the door. To top it off, the customer service is horrible, a man and a woman that work the phones are very unpleasant. Communication is severely lacking and what I thought started off as a good transaction ended up horribly as soon as we held them accountable for their dishonesty. The only sign of integrity, which was appreciated, was when the owner offered to cover our rental to the tune of $2200, but that does not negate the poor craftsmanship on a $70K vehicle.
