My son found a company on Yelp with a good number of 5-star ratings that came out and provided estimates. We spoke to each one of them and they upsold their services, some of which were not needed. I was about to give up but I decided to call Elevated Mechanical and Cole answered. While talking with him, I felt that he was an honest business person; he also sent me a copy of his insurance and license number. His company offered plumbing, electrical, and HVAC services. Cole saw photos of the old water heater and gave me a fair quote. The next day, he replaced the water heater and sent us photos after he was done. He also called us to follow up. The electrical and HVAC team did the same thing. All of them did a great job and they were insured and made sure everything was up to code. Cole came back to help with another plumbing issue, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly. If you are getting quotes, I would recommend Elevated Mechanical. They may not be the cheapest, however, you get what you pay for. Their prices were fair, and most importantly they did amazing jobs!

They did a great job servicing my water heater as it needed a flush after four years. Note that I was unaware of this maintenance was even needed! My bad! Thankfully it's behind me now. I also had them look at my sink disposal and two toilets. They provided good advice about the condition of a water valve on one toilet and after discussing price options, I decided to get the toilet pumps updated. Overall, they took just over an hour for all the repairs and then explained everything they completed by taking me on a "tour" of the repairs until I was satisfied. Mother Modern Plumbing will be the only plumbing service that I'll ever call again. I had been dealing with a shower and washing machine drain stoppage for a while. All other drains were fine and nothing I tried was working to clear the blocked shower and washer drain. This experience with Mother Modern Plumbing was as perfect as it gets. The first thing I noticed when I called was a quality of true kindness.. Gabby took that call and she was great. Even with my complicated schedule this week (medical appointments) she managed to work me into their schedule. She was absolutely excellent. And each of their team members that I spoke with, also had that same quality of kindness. Just genuine NICE people. Willie came over to clear the drain problem and he's an awesome guy. He figured out immediately the best approach to get the clog out. And he showed me the images with a special camera down in the drain. He's by far the most considerate person I've ever had over here. My two dogs were especially bad and barked terrible at him.. and he remained calm, relaxed and pleasant. He even saved one of them out in the street because I had left the gate open. Not only are they great people at Mother's, but they charged less than any others that I checked. I checked a lot. The 1st plumbing company that I called required a fee just to come and look at the problem, for an estimate of what the actual job will cost.. their estimate fee was about the same as Mother's full fee was for doing the entire job, with no estimate fee charged. The day of the service, I received a text with bio of the plumber that would be servicing my home. Adan Diaz showed up and he was fantastic! He was pleasant and knowledgeable. Not only did he solve the problem but he gave pointers on what to look for and other homeowner misses that can ultimately end up causing thousands if dollars if not addressed.
