I asked them to send their top-notch expert technician, and I was very fortunate that they sent Jason and his excellent assistant (Ricardo) to my home the next day. They carefully removed (and disposed of) my old water heater and did a beautiful job of installing the new one (it was made by A.O. Smith Corporation). The installation job required several hours but it was clearly done properly. During the entire installation process, Jason kept me well informed. I highly recommend Legacy Plumbing for any plumbing or water heater installation needs. This is a very professional company what goes out of its way to provide exceptional customer service. There was no sales pitch and no pressure. As I have always said, selecting a reputable company and high-quality equipment is important, but having it installed properly by a team of highly knowledgeable experts is the most important aspect of the job. I was about to give up but I decided to call Elevated Mechanical and Cole answered. While talking with him, I felt that he was an honest business person; he also sent me a copy of his insurance and license number. His company offered plumbing, electrical, and HVAC services. Cole saw photos of the old water heater and gave me a fair quote. The next day, he replaced the water heater and sent us photos after he was done. He also called us to follow up. The electrical and HVAC team did the same thing. All of them did a great job and they were insured and made sure everything was up to code. Cole came back to help with another plumbing issue, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly. If you are getting quotes, I would recommend Elevated Mechanical.
