New Leaf delivered a clear, easy to read estimate via email. I selected New Leaf and we scheduled our appointment. Again, New Leaf called ahead and confirmed our scheduled appointments (Thank you, this goes a long way!). Shaun came out to do some initial pest control work, and then on a second visit came back with a two-person crew. The team laid plastic down in my home so as to not make a mess during the cleanup, and wore PPE for the job. I'm glad the company believes in following precautions for homeowner and employees alike. New Leaf removed all debris, laid a moisture barrier, replaced ventilation piping, replaced insulation, and tidied up items that were hanging too low from the floor above. The situation looks MUCH better. After several hours, the job was complete. I inspected the crawlspace with Shaun, and he did a thorough walkthrough/walkaround of the job site. After the driver cut me and another driver off as we merged onto the highway, I watched them continue to speed down the highway, cutting through traffic, cutting off other drivers and forcing their way into gaps that they had no business doing so.
