This RV Park is very well maintained. Reasonably priced. It is also super secure here, it is gated. Very quiet. Most people here work in the plants or construction. The cabins are a bit older, but well kept. They have smaller, medium, and larger one bedroom cabins. The mediums come with stove and full size fridge. Smaller has your regular accommodations coffee pot and micro, and mini fridge. However there are hookups for portable burners or grills. Limited space so I would recommend buying portable containers if you're staying long term and need organization. However, anything you might need all you have to do is communicate to management and they will respond and help in a reasonable time frame. Mrs. Christy and her husband are amazing owners and very accommodating. My husband and I have been here for about a month and no issues. You can pay rent every four weeks or weekly. It is cheaper to pay monthly rate. You have access to a mailbox if you'd like and they do not charge for receiving packages. They only charge a 25 dollar fee for mailbox key and you get that back when you return it. They will let you know on the RV office text chat when you have mail. They are extremely hospitable and kind. Out of all the places I've looked near Port Arthur/Beaumont I recommend here. Hands down. read more

I've had no issues at this park and everything here gets resolved ASAP. Christy has been wonderful and I love my cabin and service. It's close to my work and everything you need, plus parks, malls, stores. It's safe and clean. Parking is at a premium at the cabins and they need more parking. That's the only problem. read more

Terrible already expensive and now there charging for electric and water bill and in the middle of the month

If I could give Zero stars, I would. We opted to rent a cabin at Access RV park while going to SE Texas to attend a family member's funeral. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very nice and accommodating when making the reservation. However, I believe I was charged the 7 day rate for only 4 days...kind of a rip off. Upon arrival and check in to the cabin, we found an ant infestation due to left over food under the stove and refrigerator as well as mold in the coffee pot. Additionally when we opened the couch bed for our daughter that night there was a dirty plastic fork on the sheet. Thankfully we brought our own linens so she had a place to sleep. We ended up having to clean and disinfect the cabin as well as spray for the ants in order to stay there. When I spoke to the lady at the front desk about the issues and stated that I didn't think I should have to pay the $100 cleaning deposit for the cabin since we had to clean it, she told me that was park policy and I'd just have to pay it. She also made it very evident she didn't care about my concerns and complaints by telling me they mainly cater to the refinery workers at this park...don't know what that meant, my money spends just like theirs. Finally the parking for the cabins was absolutely atrocious. The cabins are crammed so close together there is no room to park at all. I ended up having to park a ways away due to the guy next door parking his truck right in front of my entryway to the cabin. I have stayed at many RV parks over the past few year with my camper and many of those have cabins as well. This is by far the worst parking situation I've ever seen. I do not recommend this RV park under any circumstances. read more

The only reason this is a one star rating is because a zero star rating was unavailable. We were there a couple of days after a hurricane and completely understood problems that might occur. We checked in on a Saturday. We had no electricity. I called the number to report an issue and didn't hear back from them until Monday morning after we had checked out. 48 hours with no A/C and 5 year old twins. I'll never be back. read more

They started charging 675 monthly rent for a tiny spot with no parking. You literally had to move your vehicles when people moved in around you because mostly everyone is forced to park in street. The driers do not work well. The park is clean and well kept and it's a great location but we moved to a much bigger, shady lot across town for half the price. They are ripping people off horribly with the price. read more

Paid upfront $970 for one of the over priced cabins for a full month and was only able to stay for two days due to work obligations. They refused to offer any money back as well as didn't return my deposit when the lady told me she would. I'll just spend my money on a hotel next time.... read more

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I have lived here for 2 years and I can't count the number of times this greedy man has raised the rate! But, this time we are leaving! The man next to me has been here 7 years and he is leaving too! We have a 50 amp so we will be paying $150 (min) every 28 days for electric. Since this stupid park charges 675 every 28 days (ridiculous anyway) that means we will be paying $900 a month!!! Can you believe it!! And for what!! I was almost attacked last week by a very aggressive pitbull dog that MANAGEMENT allowed to live here. Management doesn't care just as long as they get their money. One person who came in didn't have the right sewer connections on their rig so the RAW SEWAGE came out and ran on the ground. Management was informed several times and they did NOTHING.!! I have been here at Access RV since the end of October and my rent has gone up 3 times. Now we were just informed as of July 1st we have to pay our rent, $675.00, plus electric. This parks 'summer' rates started 2 months ago increasing the rent $100.00. Trust and believe it will not go back down until way after the official summer ends. Another greedy thing is you pay rent every 28 days not every month. If I were to stay here next month I would be paying twice in July. Even the studio cottages increased $75.00. No kitchen, no utensils, no dresser, and very small. They pay $765.00/mo with the new increase. They are checking all the meters on the 1st and charging from that day even though your 28 day contract falls after the 1st. Illegal?? I think so! A friend paid his rent here and not 1 minute later told him 'oh, and by the way electric is no longer included as of July 1st'. He said 'why didn't you tell me that before I paid'? He wanted his money back and they refused, all sales final. He went to the police dept. and filed a complaint and now has that to deal with. Greed Greed Greed!!! read more

Do not stay here!!! On the 23 of June we paid 675.00 for 28 days that included electric and 2 days later we got a notice that starting July 1 we would have to start paying electric. Was told by Letty the manager "this is a private company and we can do what we want." This is a bait and switch park. The laundry doesn't work: took 3.00 to dry 8 cotton T-shirts, the pool was dirty and murky, and the manager is completely rude and is never in the office. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have personally spent time at this RV park, where my parents have been staying for several months. Everything seemed great! That is, until they started doing road work and my parents came to visit and handle some business. I spoke to the manager as she stated that my parents needed to move their belongings back and their vehicles to the parking area as they were going to be doing work in front of their lot. While discussing my parents concern about the safety of their vehicles with the manager, we were told by her that it would be fine if they simply moved their cars to the very back of their lot, and so they did. A few days later, my parents noticed that the monthly fee they paid prior to leaving to visit me had been refunded, so I called the manager to see if the road work was done. She proceeded to speak to me with an incredibly rude attitude, stating that it wasn't, that my parents no longer had a lot to come home to, AND that the owner had their vehicles TOWED to the back of the RV park along with their belongings. She then claimed, again with attitude, that she never said the vehicles could stay on the lot. When I asked if I could have the owner's number so that I may address my concerns, she snickered and said that she was told to NOT give me his number. Once my parents arrived, they had to request a police escort to ensure that this manager did not cause any more problems and that their property was not damaged. When the officer stated that towing their vehicles is illegal, as that was a lot they had paid for, she simply said "whatever" towards the officer. What seemingly appeared to be a great RV park turned into a horrible nightmare! I cannot say with certainty that the owner had anything to do with what happened, but I can definitely say that the manager is nothing but a problem. read more

Was a nice place when they had a good manager then had NO manager for a month. My neighbors had there grey water running on the ground by my door for 2 weeks. That smelled nice in 95 degree heat with all that grease floating. Now have raised the rent so much it will be almost 900 for 28 days. Nice concrete spots....just beware...something they don't tell you until AFTER you pay...they charge every 28 days!!!! You don't get a full month. $600/mo and your rent will be due earlier & earlier every month. Had we not left out, we would've had to pay twice in February!!! It's ridiculous & there's so many other RV parks around. Several people have told them about a couple of the dryers not drying the clothes...we were there 4 months & they never got repaired! They don't give refunds when you have to pay again to dry. They charge $2 to wash & $2 to dry! When you call ask the monthly rate, they tell you the price without telling you it's actually every 28 days! They also tell you, you can receive mail & packages there...be careful because they charge $3 per package! Family friendly except the speeders that fly through without caring if they run over your kids or not. Found a USED condom on the road, mentioned it the lady working at the office since there were so many kids out running, playing & riding bikes....she tried to tell me to pick it up!!! Negative lady!!! Not mine, nor my job!! Not much gets done when you talk to them at the office...I told them how overpriced they were for 28 days....the response I got....well, we are pretty full!
