Great guy and service! It's the first booth on the left when you walk in the AR Mart. There may not seats but chatting with him for about 8-10 minutes and it was already done and working with a new screen protector, too! In and out. He sells phone cases to and a crap load. Look him up on eBay, too! read more

Access Point Distribution (APD) is located immediately to the left once you enter A.R. Mart on the northeast corner of Brookhurst and Orangethorpe. Dropped my iPhone accidentally and goodbye screen. Checked the Yelp reviews and decided to message APD for a quote. The owner, Young, replied in less than 5 minutes. The next morning I went to APD and in 20 minutes, the screen was replaced and my iPhone like-new. Young threw in some freebies, a very nice gesture, and I was on my way. Young is polite, knowledgeable and very efficient, I give him my highest recommendation. read more

Awesome service! Takes walk ins only. Came Saturday morning at opening (10am) and he fixed my iPhone 7 screen in 25 min! Got a free screen protector and charging cord out of the deal too. Highly recommend this place. Prompt, friendly service. $110 for high-quality screen replacement (can get generic for $80). Highly satisfied. Side note: tricky to find. It's inside the market and the first place on your left inside the door. read more

I needed a quick fix to my iPhone 8 Plus screen so I could get full value for a trade in. Found this hidden gem inside the mart (thank goodness for yelp) the owner helped replace my screen and did it super quick for me! (Less than 30 minutes) and he even let me watch while he was taking the old screen off and showing me what he does to make sure the new screen isn't in bad shape or has any defects. He was super thorough and I got it done for such a good price! His customer service went above and beyond, he was quick, funny, and super kind! He even put a screen protector on the new screen for me. Such an awesome place to get all your iPhone repairs done. I'm sure he does other phones but if you have an iPhone, you must come here. Such great customer service. Truly appreciate his business! read more

I was completely blown away by the fabulous customer service and cell repair I received from Young. I can't believe how friendly and attentive he was to my concerns I presented him with with regard to mechanical issues I was having with my cell phone. He works fast and depending on the severity of your cell phone issue he can have your phone back to you within a couple of hours. Moreover, his prices simply cannot be beat and I encourage people to patronize this cell phone repair shop over all others. something that definitely sets him apart from other cell phone repair shops is he tossed in a couple items on a complimentary basis. So much appreciated, Young. Thanks again read more

Pros: Knowledgeable, exceeds expectation, & easy to talk to. Cons: Shop is located inside supermarket (I'm just being nitpicky here).  I made a dozen inquiries for an iPad screen replacement & had several options from repair shops around my area. I chose Access Point Distribution because Young was prompt in his responses & communicated a "can-do" attitude. After receiving a quote & a time frame I brought in my device. The shop is situated by the entrance of a Korean supermarket. There was a customer ahead of me that had their iPhone screen repaired & left happy. Since it was on a Friday & he had to order the part Young told me the device would be ready by Monday night. He was polite, patient & soft spoken. I was glad he was willing to listen & shared other options in case repairing the item would cost more than just buying a replacement. He gave me an estimate & told me he would call if he found other issues while working on my iPad. I really liked that he did not rush me into leaving or try to upsell. When I returned to Young's shop, he showed me that the iPad was back to full functionality. However, he pointed out that the corner of the screen would not completely adhere despite his best efforts. I was more happy to see that everything was working & that the damage was not obvious unless I pointed it out. He told me that the price of the replacement part had gone up, but he kept his original estimate. That alone told me that he was not just after making a quick buck. He even gave me an extra charger cable. Overall, my experience with Access Point Distribution was positive. I was extremely happy to use my iPad after several months of it collecting dust. Young is very helpful & professional. I would gladly recommended his shop & will return if there are any issues with my devices. read more

The owner is so genuine and gives quality to all her customers . He refunded me my money back when he couldn't fix my phone due to an internal issue. When I got a new phone I came back to buy a screen protector and he gave them to me for free ! Such a nice person and definitely coming back for all of my family phone problems and my problems! I only review businesses when I'm wowed by the service. This place is by far the most honest cellphone repair place and among one of the most honest businesses overall that I've ever been to. After getting the runaround from Bestbuys Geeksquad and Apple, which took nearly a week to get me an appointment only to refuse to service my phone when I got there, I found this place on Yelp. I went there to replace a battery on my iPhone. The service was awesome, quick and informational. I'll be recommending them to everyone. read more

I rarely write reviews, I only read them to inform my decision, but I decided that this place deserves one because of how much I believe you will benefit by coming here to get your cracked phone screen replaced. To start with, the price here is unbeatable. Everywhere else was asking for a minimum of $200, some as high as $400! The price here was $120 to replace my cracked Samsung S7 screen. My LCD was intact, which makes a huge difference in cost so keep that in mind when asking for a quote. Young was very responsive to all my communication via Yelp. He replied within 30 minutes each inquiry and was polite and detailed every time. And as for the repair itself, his workmanship was superb. Without going into technical details, I know that what he did for my phone could only be done by a professional with a keen eye and the steadiest of hands with hundreds of hours of experience. Young is someone you can trust with your phone. He won't mess it up! My phone screen is as responsive as it was coming out of the box. I was concerned that the auto brightness would be affected, but it's not! 100% satisfied! I know you will be treated right, save money, and get your phone back completely fixed. He is the real deal! I now feel like I have an insider friend who won't swindle me. read more

This place is honest definitely take your phone here if you have any issues. My button was just stuck and he let me know that free of charge. He could have told me anything and charged me for it. THANKS for making me believe there are still honest businesses ouf there. read more

The service you receive with Young is above and beyond!! I went back to see Young when my Samsung S9 screen's display got messed up after dropping it. He gave me reasonable prices for both options I had and fixed it pretty quickly! He even threw in a cute case for my phone and another draw string bag for free! If you're looking for amazing, quick and honest phone services, go see Young! read more

I went there to have my iPhone 6 Plus Screen replaced. It cost only $50.00! The guy behind the counter was really nice and completed the replacement in 20 minutes. He put a clear plastic protective cover over the new screen and threw-in a free iPhone charger. I'm telling all my friends. I called around and this store was the least expensive and the customer service is stellar! read more

Access point was one of the few businesses who could help me replacing headphone jack in my old classic iPod. They gave me one price and that was it. No hidden surprises. I've had the new Jack in for over a month now and it works beautifully. read more

After reading all the reviews here, I confirmed everyone had something great to say. I had Young repair many phones and recommended him to my family. He is honest, quick and does a great job repairing them. He responds within minutes. He does the work while you can shop or get something nice to eat. read more

It gets kind of confusing when you first go to this repair shop because "Access Point Distribution" wasn't posted anywhere (or at least I could not see it) but once you enter the Arirang Market, it is directly to the left. I cracked my phone screen yesterday afternoon and was in a hurry to get it fixed. I looked for a mobile phone repair shop near to me and to my surprise I found this one with FIVE stars on Yelp so I had to go here. Trust me, you will not be disappointed. First of all the customer service is AMAZING. They obviously know what they are doing and know what is the best option for you. Not only this but the service is very fast! When I asked how long it would take I presumed it would be at least an hour or two but he told me it would only take him about 30 minutes. And of course, he did finish changing my shattered phone screen within 30 minutes or less! This is my first time I have ever fixed my phone screen and I am so glad I was able to get such great care as my first experience. If I ever crack my phone screen again (which I really hope doesn't happen haha) I would definitely come back here each time. It seems as if my phone screen was never broken. Thank you so much once again! read more

I had a Iphone 7 cracked screen. I asked a quote from him and responded right away. He explained what is the difference using OEM screen or aftermarket screen(less brighter but cheaper). I choose OEM because I wanted the brighter screen. Very fast service. Great quality work. He also hook me up with a new tempered glass screen and iPhone case. read more

I just want to add that I've been consistently going to young to fix my phones since the first time I posted my review and he's honestly such a great person and really focused on customer service! He goes above and beyond ! Like I literally walked in when he was about to close and he saw that I needed my phone fixed and he still took me in to get my phone fixed! Thank you Young for excellent service and for affordability! read more

Super glad I was able to take my Iphone8+ to APD for a battery replacement. Young was very friendly, accommodating and informative with the condition of my phone after a quick diagnosis letting me know I did need the battery replacement. The entire install only took about 40 minutes and I was quick out the door. Feel free to shop around the Korean market to kill time for some of your favorite korean foods and snacks. I recommend Young to anyone needing any Iphone repairs, experienced, reliable and a great guy! Thanks again-Alex read more

Great service ! Price was great ! Really down to earth guy. Best place I've found by far in La habra Brea Fullerton Anaheim ! And I've broke many phones! read more

Young took care of me big time. I broke my phone chasing after my two year old. I was running after him and phone took that faithful fall that spider webbed the screen. Did a little Yelp research and called a couple places until I found this spot. The next day I headed over to the market where he is located in. He was working on another phone and he needed about 30 minutes. I went and ran an errand and came back and we were off the the races. He had my phone looking brand new in a matter of maybe 20 minutes. He hooked it up with a new screen, charger and a screen protector. I was in and out super quick. Thanks again for the great service, if it happens again to my phone you better believe I will be back. CHEERS!!! read more

I rarely leave a review but as others have shared Access Point Distribution is five stars. I requested a quote through the yelp app and received a reply back within 20 mins. The quote I received back was very good especially since he uses original apple parts. I was provided quotes from other vendors who use generic parts that were much higher than Access Point Distribution. The next day I dropped off my IPhone X for repair and was provided an estimated repair time of 30 mins. Young (owner) ran an apple software diagnostic and confirmed I had a degraded battery. Young performed the repair and uploaded the new parts information directly to Apple so I could have apples warranty and repair history. Highly suggest others to use his services. read more

If you are look for affordable and reliable phone repair services this is the best place to go !

I was looking for a relatively close place that fixed cracked phones (duh) & came across this little place! It is INSIDE the AR Mart as soon as you walk in. He's to your left. Although it was confusing to find, I'm so glad I did! I have a Samsung Galaxy 6 Edge. I knew doing my phone was going to be pretty pricy because of the way my screen is. I searched many of different prices at various locations & this was the second lowest. The first was in Stanton & I like literally walking distance from the market so it didn't make sense to me to drive to save the extra bucks. *Like $20* My brother came along as he had an iPhone 6 that had a busted screen as well. He also needed to replace the home button! Prices for his phone were super competitive! Anyways, we showed up & he had me put a down payment for my new screen since he had to order the part. He said it would take approximately 2 days max. I agreed. He fixed my brothers screen on the spot. It took no more than 30 minutes. He had to order my brothers home button as well but didn't have us put an extra down payment. My brother left super content as he had a pretty little screen again! The next day rolled around & I received a phone call from him! My phone part was there! I was SO happy! I didn't expect it to be that fast! I showed up, dropped off my phone and was assured it would be done on about 2 hours. It was! It was perfect! My actual home button was stuck for about a week but he warmed me about that prior to making the decision to fix it. With time, it loosened up & works like it did before! After fixing, he gave us little a screen protector & a charger! I was super thankful because chargers always seem to go missing at my household! Thank you for being so courteous, knowledgeable, & prompt! read more

Really informative guy who is so helpful in a pinch! Plan to recommend him to people because he was so knowledgeable and fast at repairing my broken iPhone screen. I was in good hands here. Plus, he gives you a free screen protector to ensure the safety of his work so that's a plus. Took less than 30 mins but I enjoyed hearing him tell me about all telecommunications companies so I got a little history lesson while he was fixing my phone haha read more

Young has great customer service. He's very capable and serves with integrity. I had my iPhoneX examined by him as its Face ID failed to work. He diagnosed my phone and tried to fix it. It turned out that there were multiple issues of this phone and may not worth fixing them one by one. He didn't charge me anything in the end. Besides, I had my iPhone 7+ battery replaced by him. He gave me Apple original battery at a reasonable price with 90-day Apple warranty. The replacement was done quickly and the phone works perfectly after that. Will come back again if my phones malefaction in the future. read more

My phone screen completely fell off and he fixed it for me for an amazing price and it was done in less than an hour! Amazing service and super friendly! Would definitely recommend coming here read more

Went to this place to fix my cracked screen because he offered me a great deal over phone but once we got there he tried to scam me and get me to buy the LCD and I don't know why if the touchscreen works and everything looks good/works He kept pointing to a spot that I couldn't see, but he said was definitely there and it would break when worked on Then said it would be another $130 extra When to another place called ifixsmatphone on artesia $120 installed in 30 minutes and looks better than new No hassle or gimmicks read more

I went to Access Point Distribution and had a 100% positive experience!! Young, the owner was incredible. He repaired my phone (my iphone7 touch ID was not working) very quickly. Young was very careful when opening my phone and did a perfect job. He knows his stuff, better than the Apple geniuses. In fact I went to Apple before I went to see Young and they didn't help at all. They said my phone had water damage and that I'd have to get a replacement phone. I was very disappointed in Apple because of the lack of time and effort they put in. But thank goodness for Young!! He's great at his craft and his pricing is very solid. I highly recommend Access Point Distribution if you have any cell phone issues. Thank you Young!!! read more
